    Ingredients:
    1 cup butter, melted
    2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup glucose or light syrup
    1/4 tsp iodized salt
    1 cup diced peanuts

    I made Butterscotch today using your recipe, delicious at di super tamis. I used cashew nuts. Baked in a 9x9 pan at 165 C for 45 minutes turned out great. Thanks.

      Hindi po... sa oven toaster pwede pa. O kahit sa lumang kaldero pwede ka mag bake dun

    Kuya Danz, how to measure the recipe po if 8x8 or 11x11 po gagamitin? Deduct lang ako ng 1/4 ng ingredients 8x8 and add 1/4 of ingr for 11x11?
    Or if 8x8 or 11x11, how long na lang po ibake at what temp? Hehe beginner pa po eh 😅

    Bkit po ng gnw ko yong recipe hilaw ang gitna? Then mejo nasunog and gilid, I baked it 165 celcius for 30mins I used Astron oven pls advise if anu dapat na time para even ang luto

      Kailangan po convection oven para pantay ang heat sa loob... wala po kayong ganyang oven gawan nyo na lang ng paraan... thank you for watching

    Hello po! Tried your recipe now. How come po Yung gitna po Ng butterscotch malambot pero Yung gilid crispy/crunchy? Any tips po?

      Medyo mataas po ang temperature nyo kaya hindi even ang luto... next time po bawasan ang temp... or kung convection oven po ang gamit nyo even and distribution ng heat... or ilagay nyo po sa gitna wag sa baba... madali masunog... feel free to ask question lang po... thank you for watching.       Corn syrup sana kung meron... kung wala talaga just add a little bit if brown sugar... para lang maging chewy ang butterscotch

      It helps to becomes chewy... kung wala po kayong glucose just add a little more brown sugar

      Hindi pa ako nag try magbenta... mag costing na lang po kayo... add nyo lang ang cost ng ingredients at packaging tapos divide nyo sa number of pcs nagawa at doblehin nyo para may kalahating tubo... thank you for watching.

      Pwede pahiran ng oil yong knife... dumidikit talaga kahit anong knife... pwede rin yong cake cutter na string... or pinakamaliit na guitar string

      Kahit sa lumang kaldero nyo i bake kung walang oven... or oven toaster lagyan lang aluminum foil sa ibabaw para di masunog...

    I sure wish he'd taken the egg shell out after he cracked the eggs, yuck! Other than that fact, they look delicious. I sure hope a 9 x 11 pan will work, I could not find any 9 x 10 pans. Maybe I'll try adding a little to each ingredient if it turns out too flat, or put a inch spacer of aluminum foil in the pan.

      @@DanzFoodpark Hmm, I don't understand that comment. Butterscotch is typically just brown sugar and butter flavored, some add a little vanilla to it. I do not know what you mean by "You can improve your craft." I have been baking for probably 30 years now, don't need to improve my craft.

      Naku po medyo mahirap mag costing ngayon... depende po sa price ng ingredients sa lugar nyo... lahat nagtaasan ngayon... mag costing na lang po kayo tapos dapat total x 2 ÷ number of pieces made = cost per piece.
