Thanks! Yes, it was delicious - I was able to freeze 2 gallons of it to take with me back to my home in Florida - wish I had room for more. This was a good year for Apples, so my brother expects to get 18-20, 5 gallon carboys of fermented cider - around 80-85 gallons once the entire process is done and it is kegged.
