What is the move/muscles being cracked when you are pulling in the legs at 3:28? That relieves so much pressure for my hip and I wanted to tell my chiropractor that’s the adjustment I’ve had in the past that works.

I have always been so scared to go to a chiro for fear of becoming paralyzed. I need to go though. Now at 49 I've developed a dowagers hump :-(
You can do exercises at home to fix it yourself, or at least improve your posture.
@@KristiTalk I've been researching exercises. Started one yesterday and my neck popped on the right side, that shit felt good 😂😂😂 going to the chiro tmrw so we shall see how that goes ❤️
@@idontknowanymore8968 I’m really really glad to hear that!! 🥳 Your adjustments will hold better with exercise. One of my favorite for neck and upper back (please ask your chiropractor about it first), is a door way workout. Stand slightly past a doorway, with both arms out to the side at a 90° angle against the trim outside the doorway; something like this 🤷🏼♀️ Slowly lean back into the doorway, push with your arms back to the starting position. This WILL BE painful at first, but your muscles will strengthen. Careful not to use your abs.
I used to have random migraines, and since I started these they’ve gone away.

I can’t help but feel they’re only after money at this office. Been to many chiro appointments for many reasons in my life and each one is slightly different based on what discomfort I’m experiencing. Worth mentioning that I’ve also never been on one of these hydrolic tables. It’s snake oil imo. If you read reviews online of this office some people mention that he gave them this exact routine as treatment for pain that had nothing to do with these areas.
