    Definitely should get a Juggernaut pulley. Especially with how built that motor is. You'll get more power to the tire

      Yeah we had one but we blew that up at busco beach mini mayhem 2023 with carsandcameras lol. So that’s no more. We’re getting a racing clutch for it. We want that top speed

    • @MiniMetalFab
      @MiniMetalFab  11 месяцев назад

      Yeah stronger springs is a must. That will be coming in the future as well as a new head and valves. And we have 1.3 lightweight roller rockers

    Bikes sound real good. Why did the spark plug touch?

    • @MiniMetalFab
      @MiniMetalFab  11 месяцев назад

      Thanks man appreciate it. And it touched because we have a flat top piston and an extra thin copper head gasket and we shaved the head .045 of an inch and then forgot to space the spark plug out with a washer so it hit the first time we spun it over. Spaced it out now though so it should be good.

    did you replace the exhaust valve, i have a stage 4 mini bike. the exhaust bolts loosened, did do a couple 65mph pulls before realizing and limped it 2 miles home. looking through the port, the valve is totally white, still has compression, i think it should be fine but i should probably re lap the valve

    • @MiniMetalFab
      @MiniMetalFab  Год назад

      We did not get new ones yet they seemed to be fine just a little burnt. We will be getting oversized stainless valves for it but those ones were still straight and they still sealed. So we just reused them for now. And yeah I think it will be fine it’s usually also a sign your motor is running lean so we made our a little more rich for it runs a tad bit cooler. The more lean the motor it the hotter it will get and you can burn valves and pistons and heads that way. Good luck hope that helps 👍

      Thanks. It is running lean, cuts out in the top end a lot.

    Lmfaoooo wrong spring weight for your cam no wonder it snapped

    • @MiniMetalFab
      @MiniMetalFab  9 месяцев назад +1

      That’s not how it works. U can run any cam with any spring rate and they won’t snap if everything was set up properly. Only thing it will change is your max rpm. Having too tall of a cam with too tall of push rods and the wrong rocker angle is what breaks springs.
