Ashneer Grover launches his latest venture ZeroPe
1.Ashneer Grover wants to get back into the fintech space with his latest startup ZeroPe.
2.ZeroPe has partnered with Delhi-based NBFC Mukut Finvest to offer instant medical loans of up to 5 lakh rupees.
3.But these loans will only be accessible to you if you are availing medical services at one of ZeroPe’s partner hospitals.
Zomato launches large order fleet
1.Deepinder Goyal is trying out new experiments to increase the total addressable market for Zomato.
2.This entire fleet is going to be electric.
3.This decision comes just a few weeks after they launched a dedicated fleet for their pure vegetarian customers.
Ola joins ONDC to venture into grocery and fashion
1.Bhavish Aggarwal’s Ola has joined hands with the ONDC to venture into grocery and fashion segments.
2.Users can already order food from ONDC through Ola’s app.
3.They want to expand into multiple categories like food, groceries and fashion
Ola Electric slashes prices of their electric scooters, deliveries to start from next week
1.4kWh S1 X variant is now priced at 99,999 rupees - down from 1,09,999 rupees.
2.Their 3kWh S1 X variant’s prices is dropped to 84,999 from 89,999 previously.
3.Their 2kWh S1 X variant is now priced at just 69,999 - down from 79,999 - making it their cheapest electric scooter.
Namma Yatri launches cab hailing in Bengaluru
1.Namma Yatri has launched their cab-hailing business in Bengaluru and again, they will be using their zero commission model to get more drivers on their platform.
2.The idea is to simply charge a fixed daily, weekly or monthly fee from drivers instead of taking a cut from each ride they get through the app.
Nikhil Kamath launches WTFund
1.Nikhil Kamath has launched WTFund - which aims to fund 40 young entrepreneurs with “groundbreaking ideas and solutions” by giving you an equity-free grant of 20 lakh rupees to work on your idea.
Byju’s update
1.Arjun Mohan, who had joined Byju’s just seven months back, as their India CEO, has resigned from the company.

8.Mumbai-based QSR burger chain Good Flippin’ Burgers, which has raised 3.6 million dollars in their Series A round.
9.Delhi-based Shark Tank-featured emergency healthcare startup Medulance raised 3 million dollars in their Series A round.

Are you sure? I believe he is one of those entrepreneurs who creates value. With BharatPe, 1QR was sufficient and made it easier for businesses to get loan. With CrickPe, he was able to help players earn from the betting. Grofers, shouldn't be linked directly to him, was able to serve home delivery. Now with ZeroPe, he is solving the problem of medical insurance.
He is only good for taking credit and abusing in public

Hey Akshat, research and script is handled by Varun, then voiceover is done by me or Pankaj depending on the video. Editing we have a team of people who work on the videos including Jai who has been with us for a few years, and Himanshu who runs an editing agency 🙂 they mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro. Then thumbnail is handled by Trilok. So in total 5+ people work together to make these videos possible. -Caleb

Not sure Ashneer will succeed being tied to just one hospital. Sounds like a scam to force people to take out a loan they cannot afford in an emergency and then force them into an overpriced hospital, so everyone makes $, at the expense of the poor. Not that different than feeding off people's gambling habits. Everything this man does smells of greed and ego.
Namma Yatri needs to grow so cabs make sense, but based on the user experience with the autos, it will have little impact on the other players
My only gripe with namma yatri is asking you to give more money to auto drivers to increase the chance of them accepting your trip. This is literally the same as the auto driver demanding 50 rupees extra for a ride.
There is nothing like forcing anyone zerope is also tied up with middle range hospitals where you can take treatment we are doing our best to help people out with low percentage of interest.
