i would say the stats show that neo was better for a longer period in 1.6 but forest was not far away and also performed into CS go so i would say forest but who knows what Neo could have become with another team early in CS GO
csgo is in no way a new version of csgo. cs 1.6 was skillbased and csgo is that in no way. they removed everything that a person could do to be a good player such as quickzooming, bunnyjump, crouchjumping and now they even removed reapeated duckpeeking.
