It will be nice if you show your face. I make lamb meatballs. I have not mastered kebabs on sticks. The three times I tried to make them they were falling apart. Frustrating. Do you live in Scotland?
Thank you for watching and trying the recipes. The kebabs are tricky to make, it took me a few tries to get it just right, try putting meat in the fridge for 30 min before applying to the skewer. I'd scare people away if I showed my face 😅 but might do a reveal over Christmas. Good luck with the kebabs. Will do them again soon and mention you.
