LOL some people would complain about being hung with a new rope. If living in a little community doesn’t appeal to you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I will put my tiny home on property in the woods because it’s what makes me happy. But gazillions of people live in condos or apartments. I think it’s neat the way individual tastes and creativity is encouraged instead of everything being the same. Once again, if you LIKE everything being the same, find a situation that fits you. But don’t complain or criticize this model.

😮😊what a beautiful lay out for the Grove. I absolutely love it! Each home owner has plenty front yard space, yet close enough to help each other in time of need. Your houses on wheel has more front yard spaces than some of our regular housing neighborhoods here in NJ. This is what the affordable housing all about! WOW! The Grove is looking awesome!! Randy and Amanda I've been watching this channel for several years and it is just amazing the growth and progress that I've seen happen. Randy and Amanda you definitely both have a "Hearts of Gold"!! I believe most business owners would have spun this in a way that was all about them profiting! You both have totally put the people first. You've changed SO many lives!! I really don't know how you shoulder all the responsibility that goes into running your operation but somehow you manage to. You give back even I do believe at times at your own expense. Anyone who cannot see that does not belong there!! It was so nice to see someone sing your praises because you both deserve that. I am very proud of both of you and I truly hope you are proud of yourselves!!! PS: I hope some of the homeowners are open for some house tours. I LOVE seeing the creativity people come up with!! Bless you both! I do believe God will continue to bless you because your hearts are in the right place!!

Way back when Randy announced to open up the Grove section of the community, that there would be a contest to show off the way that each home owner decorated or what they did to set-apart their home from another resident’s home.
I cant’t wait for those videos!!!
It won’t be too long for the majority of the units to be placed and to be occupied, whether it is by the full time resident or how a unit , that was purchased for an Air B&B rental, is set up & show-cased. The creativity and practical use of small spaces can be very interesting, informative, and innovative, for sure!
Let the tours & voting, begin!

God Bless each and every one at The Grove. Everyone is celebrating their individual tastes and there isn't any competition. Such a God send. Community is also a great medicine for positive mental health. I was just watching a report on the homeless situation in LA and how the counsel of leaders was saying tiny homes are not a solution to the homeless condition. OH, my word...How is that so? Look at the example The Grove is showing. How affordable housing can give each person a sense of pride, self-worth, and community with people in similar situations. There is harmony, a clean environment, and support. Give them a home and they will ban together and make it beautiful. And the naysayers are only alienating themselves. People are fed up with negativity. We should all pray in unison that the powers in lawmaking can't rid the world of this beautiful solution. Praying that Randy's and ITH's dream will become the dream of the whole affordable housing epidemic.

These are such adorable little homes I love how everyone is putting such a beautiful personal touch. The burgundy home is wonderful! She has made it so beautiful. I hope people will let us see the inside of their places so we can get a good idea how to use the inside space to the fullest. I have a feeling some of the insides are just as wonderful as the porches : ) I love to see how The Grove is coming to life and what everyone is doing to their little places!

Congratulations! What a nice project!! Perhaps a good idea could be to get in touch with many organizations who can help you develop some kind of regenerative work, with the pond and surroundings, to restore wildlife and make it completely sustainable. All the best form far away Argentina!!!

When I lived in Florida there was one of those birds that came to my kitchen window for breakfast and then again at suppertime. He or she was a Egret. they love fish but will eat almost anything I fed him bread and he even tryed my turkey bacon. Love love love how the grove has grown.

Relax folks please. This was 20 yrs ago in the middle of a Florida drought. I obviously didn't know better. However when a large bird flys up to you it isn't because they need or want cuddles. He drank fresh water from a tuna can and stale bread from the ground that I and my ancestors before me sprinkled on the ground for the squirrels and birds after breakfast. He was so happy he had something he returned whenever he was in the neighborhood. I suspect it all was much better than the dead fish on the beach from the red tide. Thank you and Have a nice day.

Oh my gosh! I'm so glad you guys got such nice loving compliments from your people in the grove. We keep tellin ya you are doing a BEAUTIFUL thing💗💞 Its nice to hear how you have changed peoples lives..now did anyone else hear the theme song from Weeds when those cute colorful houses were shown? "🎶Little boxes on the hillside, little boxes made of tickytacky, little boxes on the hillside, little boxes all the same. 🎶There's a Pink one , and a Green one, and a Blue one, and a 🎶Yellow one....🎶lol They look Soooo CUTE!!! Did you know once you build a pond, fish will eventually start to appear? There is some proof the birds, like the one in the video, bring back eggs on their feet or drop a fresh fish full of eggs from another pond while flying and plant them in the next pond. There are many accounts of people who have ponds where the fish just started to appear. Sounds crazy but I guess nature takes over when given the chance.

Just a thought I had about the crab apple trees. I think it's wonderful to put a tree on everyone's lot, but if everyone has the same kind of tree, you're going to be overwhelmed with just one type of fruit. Wouldn't it be great if instead, you could plant a few different kinds of fruit tree? (I'd vote for peach!! 😁) That way, come harvest time, folks could share and everyone would end up with a variety. Of course it may be too late to change that plan now. Anyway, like I said, just a thought. You guys are doing great though. Keep up the good work. I watch most all of your videos. Once I sell my current home and figure out a few logistics, I hope to become a future customer. 😊

Question: The Incred-I-boxes that are lined up on the main road are those lots?
❤❤❤It’s all love! I see how come those home owners are happy-they have a huge burden lifted. Giving makes me happy.
    Amanda are y’all hiring?

The 8x20 Incrediboxes lined up there are the finished Black Friday Sale homes, waiting to be picked up or delivered to their homeowners. They are all sold, not on lots, and most are going elsewhere. ITH is growing, always looking for hard working, positive, team players, and never seem to have enough painters (if you don't mind being cross trained, they love employees who can do more than 1 thing, and are willing to be trained in the ITH way).
