    Thank you. This was a very good and thorough review. This processed cheese has a somewhat natural preservative and after looking into it, I feel OK about eating it.

    I live in the Bega Valley in Australia and have grown up on Bega cheese . I love the cheddar and tasty blocks . Great review thankyou .

    Hi! I live very close to Bega, where Bega Cheese comes from :) They don't sell the canned cheese in Australia, at least i've never seen. Was cool to see you talk about it!

      Bega canned cheese is popular is some circles here in the States because of its long shelf life. Another popular product is red feather canned butter from NZ.

    If you moving to somewhere in CONUS, consider looking into WSU Canned cheeses. You can buy directly from the creamery, or even order it from Amazon.

      If I remember, those WSU canned cheeses need to be refrigerated, unlike this particular cheese.
