2 Tbsp. Yeast or 2 pkgs.
1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Oil
3 Tbsp. Melted Butter

4-5 C. All Purpose Flour.

I know this seems like a dumb question, but could anyone tell me how long did this wonderful lady left the yeast to “proof”?
I made the bread & it was delicious. I proofed for 2 hrs & I (obviously) think that was too long. Regardless, the bread was GREAT.

What can be substituted for the dry milk?
You can use milk instead of water in the recipe.
Can I use this recipe for rolls?
Yes You sure can and they will be wonderful.
