This character appears in a comic which takes place in the sewers, and there are many canisters of radioactive material. So i think the wash is either sewer water or radioactive goo.
When are they making a figure of The Spider, the pulp hero? He's one of the oldest super heroes, and even had movies back in the 40's

Been reading the new Spawn comics but I don't think I've seen this guy. It's always been weird to me that Todd doesn't put a blurb on the boxes since they're his characters. Might sell a few more comics. But the design of this guy is really cool. Like the look of the white and green. Maybe the blue is a wash? The face is what really sells me on this figure. Hadn't seen it up close until now. But the big spider and those red eyes looks really cool together.
Spawn #265 is his only proper appearance, he appeared again later, but it's only a flashback I'm pretty sure

Sure be nice if McFluffy Toys made us a new Super Patriot figure, with interchangeable arms... But yeah, a 398th Batman figure and 790 useless character peg warmers seem reasonable. 🤪 We want the goods, not the goofs.
