No feedback but I just looked at it on the safety first website. Very correctly priced and I would think as long as you are doing lower anchor installation you would be fine. I think seat belt installation on it could be tricky but achievable. I like the price for what it does and how narrow it is. that being said i wouldnt want to do 3 of these next to each other since I don't see any belt lock off but other applications I could see it working well.
@@destinationbabykids Oh, thank you! I'm thinking for international travel- airplane seat (so needs to be narrow) and taxis once at destination. Our tall boy is bigger than many options that are also lightweight, etc.
Very good video… but…… when comparing, your face reaction, eye rolling and negative comments on the Diono is not called for. When comparing all we need is comparing the differences between both. As for wich is better or easier, I am a grandmother and have both. One in my car(Diono) and one in husband car(sfty frst). Yes, the Diono is a lot more work but I find is alot safer(my opinion), my husband likes the easier one. For me wether it took 30 minutes or 10 to install, once all buckled up we won’t be doing it again until they grow. All this to say, when comparing products, plz try to stay neutral to your products and just show us the pros and cons. We don’t need those facial expressions and negative comments. Thank you just the same for taking the time for these videos.
A very comprehensive review. As much as the Diono is a pain in the butt to install (true fact and I absolutely agree with you) ,the comparison left me with a bitter taste. There's no reason to "shame the chair 💺" and the company behind it so rigidly ,to beat it up to the ground so badly in a public clip. I get the point. No need to demonstrate how you " fight with the chair on the air" ,thus waist my time. Mind you,the Diono has some good points as well,it's all steel frame , although bulky,it will sustain a car crash , G-D forbid,in a real car accident ,so I don't care whether it has a cup holder or not. Drinking water is essential ,however , it's not the first priority . A bit of compassion and positive criticism never hurt anyone.
Hi Daphne. I get that you might feel I am too opinionated but that is why I have this channel. It is my avenue to talk about the things I like and don't like about products. I do think I can criticize a seat that hasn't had any major redesign in 17 years and I find their advertising to be predatory towards parents that are uneducated about car seats. Again any seat is better than no seat but I am allowed on my channel to express my opinions and review seats as I see fit. Glad you enjoy some of the videos sorry that you don't like all of them.
This video is SO awesome. Great job! So informative and hilarious too!
Diono is great if you are MacGyver. Otherwise it's probably best left to the store shelf.
5:14 anyone else understood that, Lmao
thank you, great explanation.
You are welcome!
Any feedback on the Safety 1st Jive?
