You make some of the most thought-provoking videos I’ve ever seen in my life. Just the way you story tale is amazing. When you say what you did about processed foods, I can relate to that so much. I feel like it even affects my ability to create. I do not create as much if I’ve had a lot of processed food in my body day after day. Your voice is so calming and relaxing. Keep doing what you do you’re inspiring so many of us
I get to see you introspect and read to understand yourself, and by putting this out to the world helping others as well. As an artist its a huge deal at least for me, I'm so nervous and anxious to write online or share my works even, You share your process and thoughts. Each video so enriching and beautiful. Thanks Valerie:) You deserve the best and all the success. Ive been drawing for 20years now, yet very few works here and there are up. Im also anxious about Social media etc and I freeze. I was made fun for drawing in the realistic way in college and somehow I always think whats the point of it. Then I came across you, Ive been watching your uploads from your second video upload, I look for your name and keep looking for new ones. Also, I re-watch many of them. In my 20's I remember having much clarity. Then I Feel its been beaten out of me coz people around me constantly compete though i never wanted to, all i wanted to do is work and earn a living. Now Im in the crossroads, I wish I can earn purely by drawing and painting not dependant on anyone, but not everyone is Valerie to make beautiful content. Not sure if you have shared before or you mind sharing it how old you are, I ask as you seem to be many years younger than me, yet such a wise little one you are Valerie. (Edited )
i wish so much to live and see life the way she does instead of wasting my days at a work i hate and get home so tired that i have no energy to do what i really want
I will say this, there are still old masters to learn from, they are not gone people just don’t care to listen because they think they know it all. Also the there is a story about Michelangelo , he visited an art school and the students were drawing their own drawings and he asked why, because in his day they would copy the masters over and over again. I think that is important copying while learning and then branching out to learn your own style. I fully adore your style of mastery, and being excellent in the small things as much as the big things, very inspiring ❤
The thing you said, about old masters being old and that we now need new masters, is so true. People are so fixated on being ''like the old masters'' or even ''better than the old masters'' but really what everyone should be is different from the old masters. They've done their best, now we need to do our best. Art history is being written as we speak and the only thing we could do ''wrong'' is being so fixated on the past that we don't discover the future (of art). Thanks for the amazing video as always Valerie :)
Your thought about understanding water is understanding life is absolutely reasonable. Every living individual is made out of a certain amount of water, we humans even more than 50 percent (I think?). Water is always moving and changing just like life. We look different every day, in our early years our skin is soft and keen but as we grow older we get wrinkles, you know? 😅 Just like the autumn leaves. In the beginning green, later in beautiful colours and in the end they are dried out and crinkled. These changes are caused by water. So understanding water is basically understanding how every living individual, no matter if animal, plant or a human being, is constantly changing and moving. I hope this was well understandable. I also just wanted to say how important your videos are to me as a "growing up artist". It inspires and calms me so much to see you creating. I'm sure that you are an important person in my art journey and you are basically living in my dream room, so:))
Yes I agree with what you said... Being an artist is so much more than stacking paint on a canvas... ! Truly being an artist is a- being in love with life! Indeed feeling deeply everything a Fascinating experience! ❤ Thanks for sharing all the sensitivity and deep thoughts.❤
I like what you say about observation and empirical discoveries. I just came back from a week long trip to visit some family, and I forgot my phone at home, so I ended up spending an entire week without it. That meant that I suddenly had way less distractions than usual, and after a couple of days, I was bored. I was putting myself limits with thoughts like "I don´t have access to reference images to draw what I want, so I might just wait until get back home" and things like that. But then I said, well, the world is full of references and I don't need a phone when I have eyes to see and legs that can take me to different places. So I started observing the world around me, and the plants and trees in the garden, and drawing a lot from life. And just reflecting on things. I felt like I could do anything I wanted to, like I understood a little more clearly the essence of things. And all because I was bored. What I'm trying to say with this is how important it is to observe to get to the underlying theme of things. But also, how we must create the circumstances that allow this to happen. And to get bored, I think, is necessary for us step out and just observe. I like that you remind us the power of observation and just being ,Valerie, because it is something I find is very fleeting in the environment we live in. Thank you for your videos c:
I found my best friend in you..everyone around me used to treat me boring and would force me to stop doing something saying all that is unnecessary...and I silenced myself to the extent that I forgot who I am! After watching your videos I feel like there is someone like me out there, I wish I found you earlier or found you in my real life as a best friend, anyways I am happy to know that YOU are there! LOTS OF LOVE Valerie🧡...all your thoughts reflect so much deep inside me, I am able to bring them back to light again because of you!

You are literally a piece of art. I hope that you write a book one day. I would buy that book. Thank you for this video, it's very inspiring and engages deep thought.
When you said that understanding water has to do with understanding life, I somehow know exactly what you mean, yet I also can’t exactly put it into words. Every aspect of life and existence in some way can be compared to water’s behavior. The way it has the ability to be soft and hard, fluid and solid, as transcendent as the clouds and as grounding as a river, ever changing yet ever persisting, remaining individual and yet connecting to the greater. I once wrote a short story some time ago in my attempt to sort out this thought but it ended up coming out just as ambiguous as in my head lol. It had been some time since I visited that thought, and I thank you for bringing it back to me. I hope you keep contemplating and searching and eventually find the answer, I think there is a deep wisdom in it. Beautiful video as always.💕
i couldnt pick one perfect thing to say about your video so i joined patreon instead. youre my first pledge and you couldnt deserve it more. thank you for leading by example and being so inspiring
Yes!!! It's Valerie time 🤗🤩✨❤️ Dear Valerie, I felt so happy when you showed the process of creating a pigment, like a child that was watching a magician. I want to learn it too one day. I think that the parasite thing applies to the Ai art now: Ai art cannot really create art, it can just take the work of real artists and kinf of... Assemble it. I think that what you have explained here is the key to not be destroyed by Ai art
very often life puts so many obstacles in front of us that impede us to really sit with our creativity and creative journeys, and the eventual mastery of them. Economic, work related, trauma, emotional, such an array of obstacles can hold us back. Seeing how you chase mastery in everything you do, in such a DIY way, is very inspiring and it gives me hope that, despite the many obstacles, all of it is still out there, doable. ❤ much love from Uruguay❤
I loved this video, it is always hard to explain to people that art is simply about everything. Mastery, understanding, making progress and not being destructive, I find all your words so beautiful. It happens that I forget about the value of creating, because being an art student is sometimes discouraging , but this video is going to remind me the importance of our craft and profession. Just thank you, Valerie!
So true what you said about art being much more than smashing art on the canvas. Exploring the meaning of art makes us better artists, and helps us learn about ourselves and the world around us 💗
I just replayed all of your videos in the background while working on my 3D art school assignment! And your words and the music, and having you as company helped me through!! THANK YOU! ^^ It's amazing listening to you talk about art and the importance of it, while grinding on it myself. So so motivating
I really enjoyed when you said "art is reflection of the human being and the human being is everything" idk that just really struck out to me and I just really appreciate you sharing your art and process with others. thank you:)
It's so nice to finally hear someone put these thoughts and concepts into words and make them sharable in a cohesive way. I feel the same about everything you say but have not found, or even properly searched for a way to share them. Thank you for leading a way and making it a lot easier for the rest of us to communicate these ideas/ truths. ❤🎉😊
Your videos mean so much to me. Thank you for the time and effort you put into what you do. I feel like I’m watching a craftsmanship of implementing love and meaningfulness into art and into every aspect of life. Beautiful just beautiful in every meaning of the word.

Hi Valerie i'm from Egypt I really have been watching your videos for a while, I really liked them, and when I watch them, I feel the comfort of your speech, and your words give accent and love, also your beautiful face and personality, your smile, you are my favorite, and continue on this, that you are wonderful ❤❤
Sometimes she is too smart for me to understand but I do enjoy her videos a lot. I like how she takes care of the things in her room, how calm she is. She really takes the time to do something and to do it well. It's always a calm space here, it never feels rushed. Maybe it's because I'm not a painter/artist but I had no idea paint takes so long to make! All those different steps and all that time between certain steps. It was fascinating to watch, almost like those ASMR videos. It was amazing 🌸🌸

I feel so much pain in my life. I have so much to heal and work through, and I’m really committed to it. But I’m also exhausted. And I want to be able to support myself while exploring my creativity at the same time. And your videos really help me reconnect to my authentic self. Hearing your thoughts being so familiar and similar to mine. How you observe the world. I think I’m scared of it, because when I was younger I felt so alone in it. And I started to protect myself from my big thoughts and my deep mind. But I’ve kept it hidden somewhere, it’s just that I’ve been forced to live in a fog because of all my suffering. I don’t know what I want to say with this, other than, your videos make me cry, continue to heal and awaken parts of me that are just waiting to be seen.
Curiosity is a very nice flaw. Like, I share with you this desire to understand things and learn. You are pretty when you marvel at a discovery. I think that making your own paintings is showing respect for ancestral knowledge. Me, it gave me wings. Thank you for sharing your art studio moments with us. 😊
This video was so inspirational. It opened my eyes about the way life should be seen. I have no words to describe how many positive emotions your video brought me. I love your work and thank you for always bringing me a new life perspective.💫
You are such an inspiration Valerie, I feel like you have reached what a lot of people, including me, are searching for, a purpose. There have been countless times where I just didn't want to exist, not die, but simply not exist, all because I don't really know what my purpose is, I get caught up in all of these little problems that I forget to see the bigger picture. Please keep doing what you're doing, and thank you! 💚
Literally don't know much about this artist...but probably the major reason I used to watch her videos is that her voice is motivation enough to guide u n ofcourse to some extent will provide a solution to your problems. Also being an artist I could feel the struggle behind the scene n hence a huge respect for you LADY❤ . Keep motivating beautiful ❤️
This is so true and powerful-it’s time for new masters!! That’s how we move forward, we always look the the past and what was done. It really is time to look forward to what can be done now and new ways of mastery.
I discovered your channel recently, and am so glad I did it. I love your art and the easy and relaxed way of your approach. Your art is gorgeous, and your place is dreamy. Thank you for sharing all of this, by the way, l love it when you show us part of the surrounding area where you live.
It's val time!! I can't express how much I love this chanel. Like you just give me a lot of positive vibes. You're my inspiration that motivates me to paint every day. My mom loves your chanel 🖤🖤. I really hope to reach your point in mindset. Everything you said had a positive impact on me. Thank you val🖤
I don't understand how you touch something very close to my heart everytime you speak. Every video you post just heals me a bit more than how much I hurt myself. You are beautiful, Valerie.
I like clicking the like button before I even start the video or what it's about because duh it's from Valerie😂 For the past few days I've been feeling lost, and when I was little I knew what I wanted to do but as I am getting older. I knew I wanted to be an artist but now I don't know what sort of artist I want to be anymore... I want to do so much but I don't even know what sort of artist I am aiming to be. What should I focus on, should I paint, should I do comics, should I start an online business making stickers, I honestly don't know anymore...I don't know if anyone else feels this way but I just feel so overwhelmed and end up feeling burnt out.
How you do anything is how you do everything 🧙🏼

To go back is impossible in existence.

because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

Oh my god, I had no idea art prints can be that good??? I feel like I could feel the raised paint strokes through the monitor.
I am from india...

Literally your videos are nothing less than inspirational movie, the production music choice every thing is soooo elegant and royall...i can't tell you how much you inspires, your art, your talent..your videos are themselves art,and just yesterday i finished watching stranger things and i saw you watching stranger things and i feel soooo good...
100% agree!!!
Valerie, I'm happy for you that you're able sell your prints now
You make some of the most thought-provoking videos I’ve ever seen in my life.
Watching Valerie is like if old masters would make vlogs there thoughts would be recorded like this ❤
The thing you said, about old masters being old and that we now need new masters, is so true.
"Anger is a burst of energy, the art is to allow yourself to translate this energy into something constructive not destructive"
- VERY WISE WORDS
Valerie, you have grown so much! If I was your mom I would be so proud of you, love to listen to you and what’s in your mind.
Many blessings ❤
Yes I agree with what you said... Being an artist is so much more than stacking paint on a canvas... ! Truly being an artist is a- being in love with life! Indeed feeling deeply everything a Fascinating experience! ❤ Thanks for sharing all the sensitivity and deep thoughts.❤
Love this!! Very well said 🎨🌱 I miss Valerie! I’ve been rewatching all her videos again and again to inspire myself for my own art creating content
I wish you had a podcast..I could listen to you all day. Love your thoughts, mindset and art.
This is probably my favorite video from you so far. So much thought and effort put in.

Love this!! Very well said 🎨🌱 I miss Valerie! I’ve been rewatching all her videos again and again to inspire myself for my own art creating content
💖
As usual, my day with Valerie's videos and her paintings
Pure bliss❤
She is like a therapist for me..... Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful video with us take love ❤
THANK YOU! ^^
It's amazing listening to you talk about art and the importance of it, while grinding on it myself. So so motivating
Me too! 🎨🌱 I definitely miss Valerie! I’ve been rewatching all her videos again and again to inspire myself for my own art creating content
I really enjoyed when you said "art is reflection of the human being and the human being is everything" idk that just really struck out to me and I just really appreciate you sharing your art and process with others. thank you:)
Love this!! Very well said 🎨🌱 I miss Valerie! I’ve been rewatching all her videos again and again to inspire myself for my own art creating content
Lot of this philosophy applies to everything in our life, not just art yes! Finally getting to a point where some of this is making more sense
people like you encourage others to love what they do
thanks for your videos💜
Your words hold so much beauty and wisdom Valerie, you are so beautiful and inspiring
If your attempt was to motivate us, wow a fire is burning inside me. Congratulations for what you've achieved and thanks so much for sharing it with us ♥
I love your channel so much!! I feel like you are saying my thoughts out loud and also adding thoughts to my brain. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one thinking deeply about these things
The colours are calm to eyes and the way of your bruh strokes are smiling on the picture 🥰.
Hey Valerie, you are my biggest inspiration and I wanna thank you for existing and creating such creative and inspiring videos. I love you
Hi Valerie i'm from Egypt I really have been watching your videos for a while, I really liked them, and when I watch them, I feel the comfort of your speech, and your words give accent and love, also your beautiful face and personality, your smile, you are my favorite, and continue on this, that you are wonderful ❤❤
Shes very philosophical
My friend recommended you to me, and I am honored to have met you. You have provided me with a welcome respite in my busy life.
You’re amazing dear ❤you have become a human version of sunshine ☀️ like those days of spring, where everything feels right 😊Thank you ❤
well reflected perspektive on life, living and the magic of creating
In reality we are all creators - of our life and thus the world we live in. And for that simple reason - everything we do, deserves to be done well, to be done with heart and to be done with soul.
I really appreciate what you have to say. I appreciate your thoughts and your manner in how you approach your life and art. Thank you. I appreciate you.
you have no idea, how you keep changing my inner self everyday .

Valerie, every sentence that comes out of your mouth is art, every movement you make is art, every stroke you paint is art, every time you express yourself; you are art 🤍✨
For the truth you express, for the good in us that you reinforce, for the generosity of your spirit: you are my hero. Thank you for being audacious.💜

Welcome back... Dear Valeria❤ , I am glad to see you again with creativity, art, spirituality, philosophy and harmony of souls from all parts of the earth here in your beautiful channel... This is what I do in some aspects of my life. I take care of it from beginning to end, so I get out of time and space and feel very happy.🌷🕊
Your way of arting is so fine and fun at the same time. You're soo inspiring
I feel Serene hearing your voice 😌😇
This video was so inspirational. It opened my eyes about the way life should be seen. I have no words to describe how many positive emotions your video brought me.
I love your work and thank you for always bringing me a new life perspective.💫
You remind me of a being from another star system in the most beautiful of ways ✨ thank you for sharing your inner and outer beauty
This may be one of the best channels on RUclips. I appreciate your content so much.

You always inspire . You always take us in a certain direction thanks for it Valerie . I that mindset in previous year , I have got a direction ❤❤
I like clicking the like button before I even start the video or what it's about because duh it's from Valerie😂
For the past few days I've been feeling lost, and when I was little I knew what I wanted to do but as I am getting older.
