    00:00 Intro
01:31 What is a commercial embroidery machine?
    02:12 Machine similarities
    03:47 Control panel
    05:32 Weight
    06:07 Number of needles
    08:11 Embroidery area
Henry begins the episode by discussing what makes a commercial embroidery machine different from a semi-commercial embroidery machine.. He discusses how many needles they tend to have, their stitch speeds, and more technical details, as well as what kinds of projects and businesses they’re best suited for.
He then goes over some of the similarities between our four single-head commercial embroidery machines, including what they can embroider, their memory capacity, and more.
Next, Henry discusses the major differences between the machines. He goes over a wide range of factors, including the kind of control panel each machine has, their weight, and the number of needles they have. Henry then goes into how the number of needles affects your efficiency, and how this can improve your overall output. He also explains how certain machines have better protection against thread breaks. And finally, he goes over the differences in embroidery areas between the four machines, and how this makes certain machines better for things like bulk orders, and more.

Any Machine with atleast 2 heads or more. And an air compressor or hand held battery opperated dust off instead of buying bulk boxes of dust off cans. Will save alot of money in the short and long term with no worries of constantly cleaning out your machine/s. We have 5 machines total 29 heads. A 12 head tijima, 4 head Ricoma, 1 head Tijima, 4 head baruaden, and 8 head Tijima all our machines have 15 needles except the ricoma and 12 head they have 12.

I was aiming towards a mt 2001. But the representative gave me the wrong machine pricing which was the tc 1501. Now seeing this video i don’t understand why he never explained the difference like you did.

Would never recommend a single head commercially unless you have other multihead machines. You will grow out of it so fast. Sitting there watching an hour stitchout with more needing to be done. You will be wishing you had more heads jobs will take so long without any way to speed it up.
