This is the best video I’ve seen on the front end diagnostics. Showing parts that actually have play make it soo much easier for comparison. Thank you so much.
Awesome info guys! I'll be doing this on my Lexus when installing coilovers for sure. Don't worry too much about the oil under the XJ. That means the 4.0 is working.
Totally Legit Gaming [TLEG] Some people are incredibly petty lol Thanks for the support tho man. I know I've been saying it for awhile but the Miata stuff is coming again soon! Had a bunch of small projects on the jeep tho to do
Hey, I'll be watching whatever you do. The Beetle was rad! I'm just hoping to get some work done on my Miata soon, so I can get more videos up and actually get the supercharged beauty on the road!
Super helpful.and well explained. I'll be running all those checks as well as your tune up advice this coming weekend. There is something undeniably good about owning an XJ and having to fix it all the time. Chur cuz.
I have a 99 NJ Jeep Wrangler with no oil mess just rust on everything. Every time I work on it I need a broom to clean up the chunks of rust that fall off. Thanks for the info.
les6paul Yes! Life got busy and we took most of the winter off making videos, then as you can see we had a few other cars that needed addressing when we got back to working on things but the Miata prpjects will be back shortly!

What the hell? Instant dislikes? People have no shame. I'm definitely not a jeep person, but I still enjoy your videos!

Thanks for breaking it down how to Identify properly and show ball joint diagnoses. Everyone say to use a prybar but not what to do with it
In. Depth grait instructional. I'm with ya guys. Thanks
At 6:00 I say steering rack, MY BAD I know that is a steering gearbox not a rack! Just mis-spoke!
I'm glad that you use the correct terminology. It really helps out guys like me who make up names for parts. Good video...as always.
Because Miata Thanks man!! Glad we are able to do it!
Liked and subscribed. Well done.
@GearHeads. At 12:00 in the video, your helper is turning stearing wheel, what is making the clicking/clunking noise? is that normal??
It was the upper trac bar
Fantastic video. Great job of getting the message. Fn helpful. No offense though, you DID call your friend a tool...
When you get a new oem track bar does it come with new hardware?
Usually OEM dealer ones do not.
@@GearHeadsGarageChannel do you recommend just getting some from a hardware store or buying some of the kits online? Or does it matter?
Core 4x4 sells oem hardware for $10. With a flat nut
Are there more Miata videos in the works?

Are you guys located in LA by any chance?
San Diego!
I found my clunking thanks
