my mother is a surviving victim of domestic violence. And yes, it's precisely the constructive feedback that gets men to lose their minds. They tend to think that by overpowering a woman, they are "showing her her place".

My mother was a victim of domestic voilence for 28 long years.. I know the pain.. thank u for making a video on this topic. I feel proud that I fought to protect her and I am still fighting since last 2 years. Please support these victims.

I have been watching stand-ups since 2016 and i have never commented on any of them. Since this is something new i had to write comment to appreciate your efforts .I have seen no one talking about such a issue especially in their stand-ups. I have seen people" talking abuse", using' abusive words' " strong languages" etc etc... But this is the abuse we all need to talk about, this is something we need to raise a strong voice against .Thanks for being one such voice . Not very often I come across men who agree with me on these matters. Very often, infact twice or thrice a week I get "thoda chill kiya kar tu.." "it's just a joke bro" "hogaya tera feminism shuru wapas".. So at this point whenever I speak with men, I actually expect them to disappoint me even more!! And yes I know 'not all men's are like that.. But..

I am a survivor of domestic violence and this set is completely relatable. Unfortunately, even if you don't raise your boy as a privileged Raja Beta, there is still enough influence around in our own family or relatives for them to pick up this vibe of being special and entitled. Loved it when you said to the audience that they all look civilized but who knows many of them could be wife beaters. This chu*s might not change that easily but I enjoyed that you made them uncomfortable. We need more people like you, who deliver content with the power to shake the society and may be move a step towards reform. Your new subscriber.
And how disturbing is that when the abusers and everybody around them say these are family matters, so nobody or no law interferes. We all have to make people understand that family consists of individuals and if in the name of family they abuse somebody then that is a disfunctional family and then the abused person and everybody around her must save her from there.
