With this as the criterion.....A minimum 680 FICO 4 credit score-A minimum monthly income of $5,000-Your income and employment information-12 months rent payment history-No charge-offs in the past 12 months-No bankruptcies in the past 12 months. Why would they need Landis in my opinion? Real question. This must be geared towards people in high-market areas like Cali or NYC.
They definitely have changed the program quite a bit since starting it.
As a customer of Landis I would love to inform you and anyone else of how Landis really works and how crooked and corrupt they are .

Your video makes perfect sense, and your right ,they don't respond half the time or they respond days later cause I'm in Georgia and I experience the same thing until I make a complaint even then there slow,on everything.

Hey! In Maryland have your clients had a hard time finding a house that meets the criteria. Of course we don’t have a lot of after 1978. What does Landis consider a full rehab. I know they make exception. I’m preaproved and about to give them my last required document they go back to me about. How can I check if a home has been a full rehab and doesn’t just have a little paint and new appliances.
Hello! So yes, they have had a harder time finding properties than my traditional buyers. Landis is willing to make exceptions for older homes however, I am finding the repairs lists are long. There’s not really a way to check if a home is fully renovated or if it was slightly renovated except to check online permits. When a renovation was done the right way, the contractor will pull permits and that information is public. I believe landis looks at that information as well.

It keeps changing to be honest with you. From my understanding, currently it is 580.
