Do you consider the mandatory set backs in front and back, floor area ratio (FAR), covered area allowed % of total plot area, max. height of the residential buildings as per the building bye laws ?.....I DONT BELIEVE YOU DO, if you consider do mention the values so that the design could be more practical than just a fancy 3D model.

Transparent sheets on the roof is OK but for windy and rainy season it is not suitable. All water and dust spillage inside of room. There are many openings at transparent sheet structure. Another airal opening from top to bottom also create same problem.
