How can i fill those Air pockets? I have an fdm printer and those chambers make the printing times too high because they print those as outer walls... Do you know a way to make meshes snap together until they touch each other?

If I understand your question correctly I would do auto poly groups in Zbrush. Doing this will create polygroups based on a mesh island inside of a mesh. Using the isolate by polygroups I select the main mesh and delete hidden geometry If you want to see what the mesh is deleting you can invert the visibility to show the island mesh (this usually is the floating pocket of mesh). I usually examine the model just so I know where the problem area is.
I hope this makes sense and helps you solve your problem.
