A piece of Art. Perfect. From the photos it looks like a lot of the work was done at home. That car must mean a lot more to chip than some car he restored for a rich guy who prob can’t change the plugs himself.
+inasingtr Late 60's Cougars, and Califonia Special Mustangs had them also. But looking at vid clips of the movie and the licensed builds, the taillights look a little different.
The start of this video was heart breaking. It is no way for a 67 Mustang to be. Thank God it was put right. I wonder how much of the original frame was able to be salvaged?
Whatever your expectation is... triple it. It all adds up very quickly. I know because I'm at the build stage after stripping mine completely and having it blasted. Even the Shelby badges alone cost me $100 a pop.
Nice work, but blending the body kit into the car looks absolutely retarded. I understand it's a popular choice with this resto-mod but I feel it actually makes the car look cheap like a one-piece kit car. The original Eleanor had seams on the fender flares, air ducts, ground effects and brake coolers. I'm just beyond the bodywork phase on my car and the lines from the seems make it look more aggressive while keeping it authentic.
@Greg..Says You....lol Not tryin to be a dick, butI feel it flows better when its graphed into the metal. Your way makes it look like a kit because its just SCREWED or taped to the body. The reason why Foose didn't graph it in is because he had a month to build 12 cars. Or he would have done it, I guarantee you that. Your way has no flow Greg. But its just my opinion. Its your ride. Do it your way. As long as you like it, thats all that matters bro. Good luck
One thing I just don't understand. You obviously know what you're doing. Most wouldn't think of cross bracing the shell to hold it's shape. But if you're going to spend that much time, money, and effort, why not do something original? As you can tell, it's too easy to nit-pick it to death. Plus a copy of a Foose car, besides? That's really sad.

Josh Tindel Mustang To Fear body kit, only heard good reviews about them.
inasingtr Wasnt this at the beginning a fastback ? because the backlights look different from the eleanor at the begging.
zkyz735 Fastback never came with those lights, the DESIGNER borrowed the lights from FORD THUNDERBIRD. Hope this answer your question.
inasingtr Okay, thank you very much :)

I have acquired a 67 fastback body/chassis only, really keen to fully restoring it.
Whatever your expectation is... triple it. It all adds up very quickly. I know because I'm at the build stage after stripping mine completely and having it blasted. Even the Shelby badges alone cost me $100 a pop.
I wonder if this car is still around, considering there's a copy right issue with the name Eleanor.
nice, cool restomod

Hola
Otse Is euq se anu caitnetua noicaruatser!!!!
um.... Restoration.
faire revivre une beaute
restore a car, but put an old engine in it..
it was dumb ass. just because it looks shiny doesn't mean its not old. look at the carburetor. that is how you can tell its older
Kaulin Smith What? so you agree with me then?
He just build an eleanor not restore one
hola
Way too many photos of the same thing
its not the original Eleanor, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eleanor_(automobile)
had to turn volume off after two minutes. suck ass audio through out. ever heard of mixing it up?
Can't spell Eleanor or restoration correctly.
+Ken Saunders but they can build 1 correctly.
