JAMIE I have some skincare advice! I’m a licensed esthetician❤️ I recommend you keep doing what you’re doing with the gentle cleanser and moisturizer. You don’t need serums, facial sprays, toners right now since your skin isn’t happy. Eventually you can add a hydrating serum ( before moisturizing) or a retinol (at night, before moisturizing) to help with sun spots or hyperpigmentation. What I would add into your routine is a DAILY spf. Even if it’s raining, cloudy or if you’re indoors all day, you need a daily spf that is at least 30 spf rating. It protects your skin and it also heals! Your skincare will not do its job unless you wear spf at the end of your routine. SPF in makeup is not enough :) Your sunspots will disappear, the dullness you’ve mentioned, any scarring will slowly be reduced over time. Skin care takes time to work too so please be patient with your skin. I personally love a zinc oxide based spf, it reduces sensitivity and it protects better than a oxtinoxate, Octocrylene or Benzophenone based spfs. My current fav brands are good molecules (Ulta), bubble (Walmart) or Elta MD (online only) if you can spare the few extra $$. They have tinted if you want a little tint on the skin and non tinted if you don’t want the tint. I always get both so I can wear what I’m feeling that day. I hope this little rant helped lol. This is my first year of no back to school prep for public school. My daughter is a senior in college and my son will be a freshman in college. We move him into his dorm Wednesday. However no matter the school or age, organization it KEY! Oh and bring on fall and fall decor 😊🍁🍂

How exciting!! Our kids started school and it’s been a great transition! I really liked the organization in the cabinet!! With your comment about skin care. I don’t use a lot of products in general. I use native face wash citrus and herbal musk. I use tea treewater toner water from lush and Asterwood Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum for Face (Amazon). The Asterwood has helped my skin so much.
Our daughter also had her nose cauterized for vessels too big that prevented her breathing through her nose. Make sure blood levels are also checked to make sure no vitamin deficiencies are causing the nose bleeds.
Back to school is hitting hard this year. My youngest is getting ready to start her senior year this year so it was kind of sad to go shopping for her last set of school supplies. It really does feel like we were just getting ready to start Kindergarten!

I have sensitive skin. i've used Oil of Olay line since i've been in middle school bc its what my mom uses...she is now in her late 60s and still continues to use the Oil of Olay line and continues to have lovely skin. i have tried a few expensive brands but find they are very harsh on my skin, causing breakout and irritation - maybe the ingredients are just too strong for me. i'm in my late 40s now and still continue to grow with the Oil of Olay line...from face wash to lotions to serums to face masks. it has not disappoint for sure! but always and of course...not everyone has the same type of skin so Oil of Olay may or maynot work out for you. good luck with finding a solution.

Happy Back to school!! We're in Central Indiana and my daughter is going into her third week of Jr. High. Typically August is the hottest Summer month and so far the month has felt more like Fall. Pools are still open and it's not been hot enough. I'm not ready to let go of Summer yet even though I love the fall weather and activities.

I used to use this clothes organizer during college/interships 5 years ago! I saw it on your channel and it worked wonders for me. It gave me extra time to go to the gym before starting my day
My kids used to get bloody noses as well, but it was due to the dry air. I used a bit of Vaseline once in the morning and before bed. They grew out of it.
Back to school already! We go back after Labor Day in NY but I’m already feeling the summer slip away. Trying not to let it get me down. I’ve been using No. 7 restore and renew and vitamin c on my face and it has helped. Loved to hear about things you and Mike are doing as a couple for the family.
Im in England, and my son starts secondary school on September 6th. I've been so used to not having to buy anything for school, apart from uniform that it's been a big shock buying for big school. I've spent around £150 on uniform alone and in total so far, with stationary and p.e kits, i'm at £274!!! Luckily, paper, books, etc are provided by his school... I can't believe he's off to big school and will be 12 in October 😢
Finally in bed relaxing after a long day of cleaning the house & cleaning out the fridge, then I went to Walmart to do a big stock up, we needed groceries bad. Now I get to wind down. thanks for uploading! ❤😊

I know you deal with PCOS so I had to tell you this...for YEARS I have had the symptoms...the whole kitin caboodle...but they never could catch it medically like there was never any cysts or anything in my blood work (I was always on the line between normal and abnormal)...so I could never treat it... Well, I was in a wreck a few weeks ago and went to the ER for the usual CT scan...it caught the cysts...IT CAUGHT THE CYSTS!!!...so many years, SO MANY YEARS of no treatment...OMG!!!...because of a car accident, I can now get treated for it...that is like so amazing how something like that can change things for someone...
I still do that door system with my teenagers but now it's hanging in their closets and they pick out the clothes. I don't really have much of a say because they're teenagers. Lol I do have final say before my daughter leaves the house and make sure you know everything's appropriate. The system works great, even for an adult. If I had room in my closet I would probably do it.

I switched to La Roche-Posey brand skin care and I don’t have any burning 32:52 or redness like I was having. My 21 year old granddaughter’s dermatologist recommended it for her so I tried it and love it. I don’t feel greasy either. 😊
Jamie, I have had a terrible year with allergies also. Waking up with my eyes swollen shut, rash etc. I am in the process of getting tested now. I quit all my skin care and the doctor told me to use only Cerave products. I have been doing that and have not had any issues. Cereve makes a vitamin C, eye creams and lotions. All have been great! Good luck. It's a long road to figuring out the causes
A good trick I learned from my mom about blood stains: Wash the stain with a little dish soap (or even plain bar soap) and COLD water, rubbing the fabric a little to break the stain. After that just throw it in with regular laundry, no need to let it sit. The important thing is to not wash it with warm/hot water, as that apparently “cooks” the stain and causes it to settle deep. Cold water works like a charm. I thought maybe you could give it a go 😊
My son starts back to school tomorrow. He is 10 and going into the 5th grade. He would have started back on Thursday, but we live in Southeastern North Carolina and Debby hit us this past Thursday. So, for safety, they postponed till the 12th (tomorrow). Got his bag all packed and ready, as well as, his snack bag for his mid morning snack. We pay for his school lunches through an app.

I am very proud of him because he surprises me, all the time, when he does his own laundry. All I had to show him was how to do it once, maybe twice, and he has done his own laundry perfectly everytime.

The amount of school supplies you have to get is crazy our school district here in Spokane Washington supplies most of the things. We just need things like backpacks, headphones, and gym shoes until like 3rd grade, then its binders and more things, but they supply things like pencils and glue and crayons, etc. Love your videos. We dont start till September 3rd.
We live in England and the schools go back at the beginning of September. My grandson is 9, he doesn't need to take anything to school apart from his packed lunch and water bottle and his reading book when he's issued one. It must cost parents a fortune for supplies especially those who have a few children, the school supplies everything that they need.
It appears we’re very lucky with our NHS and schools. My daughter starts secondary this year and all she needs is a calculator (which is optional) and a maths set. Everything else is provided.
My younger son is also going to kindergarten! I work at the school so we will all be there together. So excited but also so much to do before school starts.

I've been doing a lot of decluttering with my daughter in preparation for back to school. I donated 2 bags of clothing, and we have 2 more bags of miscellaneous stuff we're getting rid of. My house feels lighter without all of the extra clutter, and someone else can make use of it. As for skincare, I swear by Aveeno moisturizer. It's $27 per bottle at CVS (at least here in NJ) and for cosmetics, it's a combination of drugstore/Ulta finds like Physician's Formula, Revlon, L'Oréal, Maybelline. I love how the girls say "decorating their beds!" ❤❤
Hey, I use only natural, gentle skin care products and adding vitamin c with hyaluronic acid in it to brighten my skin and get rid of sun spots has worked amazing. I also use pure liquid vitamin e oil as a base under the lotion to keep wrinkles at bay (late 30s too). Hope that helps you.
I absolutely LOVE Just Ingredients for all things! It's natural and only has good ingredients. I use the face serum and age defender hyaluronic acid serum each morning and night. It's the best and makes my face feel great! I just turned 40 and have sun spots as well.

I used to use this clothes organizer during college/interships 5 years ago! I saw it on your channel and it worked wonders for me. It gave me extra time to go to the gym before starting my day
I love that! Just need a little preparation and it can save a lot of time!
My kids used to get bloody noses as well, but it was due to the dry air. I used a bit of Vaseline once in the morning and before bed. They grew out of it.

Back to school already! We go back after Labor Day in NY but I’m already feeling the summer slip away. Trying not to let it get me down. I’ve been using No. 7 restore and renew and vitamin c on my face and it has helped. Loved to hear about things you and Mike are doing as a couple for the family.
Im in England, and my son starts secondary school on September 6th. I've been so used to not having to buy anything for school, apart from uniform that it's been a big shock buying for big school. I've spent around £150 on uniform alone and in total so far, with stationary and p.e kits, i'm at £274!!! Luckily, paper, books, etc are provided by his school... I can't believe he's off to big school and will be 12 in October 😢

I was away in a monk vaca and got back yesterday normally I don’t do laundry in Wednesday’s but I’m overdue and much needed that’s what I’m doing today thanks for the motivation as always Jamie! The draw you organized looks great and convenient for you guys! I hope your skin issues are going to work for you, I have the same I have such bad rosacea luckily someone canceled and I got a early appointment and I go soon for a dermatologist and I am actually looking forward to it and hope it gets somewhat taken care of.

I know you deal with PCOS so I had to tell you this...for YEARS I have had the symptoms...the whole kitin caboodle...but they never could catch it medically like there was never any cysts or anything in my blood work (I was always on the line between normal and abnormal)...so I could never treat it...
Well, I was in a wreck a few weeks ago and went to the ER for the usual CT scan...it caught the cysts...IT CAUGHT THE CYSTS!!!...so many years, SO MANY YEARS of no treatment...OMG!!!...because of a car accident, I can now get treated for it...that is like so amazing how something like that can change things for someone...
Our family has used formula 409 for 40+yrs. Absolutely no 2days wait. Best we have ever found! Cold water to rinse. So easy!
I still do that door system with my teenagers but now it's hanging in their closets and they pick out the clothes. I don't really have much of a say because they're teenagers. Lol I do have final say before my daughter leaves the house and make sure you know everything's appropriate. The system works great, even for an adult. If I had room in my closet I would probably do it.

I switched to La Roche-Posey brand skin care and I don’t have any burning 32:52 or redness like I was having. My 21 year old granddaughter’s dermatologist recommended it for her so I tried it and love it. I don’t feel greasy either. 😊
Jamie, I have had a terrible year with allergies also. Waking up with my eyes swollen shut, rash etc. I am in the process of getting tested now. I quit all my skin care and the doctor told me to use only Cerave products. I have been doing that and have not had any issues. Cereve makes a vitamin C, eye creams and lotions. All have been great! Good luck. It's a long road to figuring out the causes

A good trick I learned from my mom about blood stains: Wash the stain with a little dish soap (or even plain bar soap) and COLD water, rubbing the fabric a little to break the stain. After that just throw it in with regular laundry, no need to let it sit. The important thing is to not wash it with warm/hot water, as that apparently “cooks” the stain and causes it to settle deep. Cold water works like a charm. I thought maybe you could give it a go 😊

My son starts back to school tomorrow. He is 10 and going into the 5th grade. He would have started back on Thursday, but we live in Southeastern North Carolina and Debby hit us this past Thursday. So, for safety, they postponed till the 12th (tomorrow). Got his bag all packed and ready, as well as, his snack bag for his mid morning snack. We pay for his school lunches through an app.
I hope he enjoys his first week back to school!

I am very proud of him because he surprises me, all the time, when he does his own laundry. All I had to show him was how to do it once, maybe twice, and he has done his own laundry perfectly everytime.

The amount of school supplies you have to get is crazy our school district here in Spokane Washington supplies most of the things. We just need things like backpacks, headphones, and gym shoes until like 3rd grade, then its binders and more things, but they supply things like pencils and glue and crayons, etc. Love your videos. We dont start till September 3rd.

We live in England and the schools go back at the beginning of September. My grandson is 9, he doesn't need to take anything to school apart from his packed lunch and water bottle and his reading book when he's issued one. It must cost parents a fortune for supplies especially those who have a few children, the school supplies everything that they need.

It appears we’re very lucky with our NHS and schools. My daughter starts secondary this year and all she needs is a calculator (which is optional) and a maths set. Everything else is provided.

I've been doing a lot of decluttering with my daughter in preparation for back to school. I donated 2 bags of clothing, and we have 2 more bags of miscellaneous stuff we're getting rid of. My house feels lighter without all of the extra clutter, and someone else can make use of it. As for skincare, I swear by Aveeno moisturizer. It's $27 per bottle at CVS (at least here in NJ) and for cosmetics, it's a combination of drugstore/Ulta finds like Physician's Formula, Revlon, L'Oréal, Maybelline. I love how the girls say "decorating their beds!" ❤❤

I use only natural, gentle skin care products and adding vitamin c with hyaluronic acid in it to brighten my skin and get rid of sun spots has worked amazing. I also use pure liquid vitamin e oil as a base under the lotion to keep wrinkles at bay (late 30s too). Hope that helps you.

I absolutely LOVE Just Ingredients for all things! It's natural and only has good ingredients. I use the face serum and age defender hyaluronic acid serum each morning and night. It's the best and makes my face feel great! I just turned 40 and have sun spots as well.
Hi Jamie... Also listerine mouth wash will remove blood stains.. use an old toothbrush let it sit for a few seconds and then lightly brush.
Hey Jamie. I can't believe will be fall soon and all the will go back to school. I thought buying me clothes was a task. Buying school clothes with a teenager is brutal.😂 I gonna start getting ready to put my fall decorations out so I can inspect everything. I notice that I'm changing my wardrobe to mainly quality clothes now. I used to be more about getting good deals.
