This came out fantastic. I added a couple of tablespoons of hatch green chiles to it and it added a nice bit of heat and the fresh chile flavor. And the whole family loved it.

Here's a twist I added to the creamed corn recipe. Pan roast the corn before adding it to the crock pot and add sweet chili sauce to the recipe. Thank me later

For cream cheese, I use the Whipped kind, so much easier and softer. Cause the block is hard and takes too long to get soft 👍

Another great recipe AB. I probably would've added some bacon like you mentioned at the end; as well as some finely diced bell peppers for color and flavor; and maybe even some onion and your Creole kick or Cajun seasonings. But your recipe is fire.....as you say. Keep it up and happy cooking.

100% better than frozen! I would never use frozen corn to make fried or cream corn, always fresh off the Cobb is the best way to go!
