    After suffering from severe depression, I discovered, several years ago, that tweaking my diet completely eliminated my depression🐸Clean whole food, more than 50 species plant based has changed my life for the better🐸A diverse range of fruit leaf (40 species daily) made into a tea and then structureing/hydrogen, the tea water has brought my health up to next level🐸Thank you, excellent presentation, this has been the most thorough presentation I have found on this topic❤️
