As a male that has been searching for the answer to my chronic fatigue and brain fog for 50+ year I've learn about the plight of women looking for help and being misdirected down the road to psychiatry. It's sad to know the nothing has really changed, just newer meds that still don't work. Western medicine will never change, I guess. Finding a Doctor like the one on this video is rare.

Thank you for the Beautiful presentation. May I ask why you prefer plasma over say 24hr urine for amino acid test?

Eat right, sleep right, get plenty of sun light and exercise daily.
You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.
Speak up for bicycles in your community

You are only partialy right, but only about excercises, but you are wrong about diet. The right human diet is carnivore diet. I also have been vegan for many years, eating whole foods, but this just slowely made my body sick and inflamated.

Great sermon. Mostly correct but with some GLARING discrepancies.
No. 1. Plant based alone is NOT balanced or healthy especially today since 90% + of EVERYTHING GROWN FOR FOOD is genetically "enhanced"(poisoned) with nicotinoids and glyphosates! And since our "lovely" FDA came up with an "Organic" rating which DOES NOT admit that our seed crops are ALL genetically altered to include these gut destroying "enhancements " in the seeds themselves and the ORGANIC label specifically does NOT address this, except to ignore it!
No.2. we as a species are OMNIVORES. We have evolved this way and adapted to be able to eat whatever we could for a REASON. THE PRIMARY ONE BEING ANIMAL FATS NEEDED FOR LITERAL BRAIN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVED CAPACITY. Our brains GLIA cells ( the majority of the brains mass) is composed of fat cells. It is needed for synaptic function.
Reducing MASS PRODUCED and mass PROCESSED, foods is of course very wise but at this time is infeasible for most of our urban population. You're not going to get anything but glyphosated products even from your so called "whole foods" markets.
So, unless you're able to have all of your food sources grown and raised on food sources that come from land race ( unglyphosated) seeds and they ONLY GET FED on grasslands that also are not pesticide treated, you're still eating the toxins that are used to wreck the guts of the insects that ALSO eat these crops. All in the name of "protecting and increasing CROP VOLUME NOT TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF THE FOOD BUT TO MERELY INCREASE VOLUME AND PROFIT.
Eggs, and meat and cheese are also VERY necessary for optimum health ESPECIALLY as one gets older and can't process aminos and peptides as effectively. Choline in eggs and C15 in fish and red meats has just recently been REALIZED as VITAL for successful metabolic functions.
That's the crucial situation of our food and health dilemma today!
We've been growing food on a mass volume monocultural basis for 10000 years without considering the eventual desertification of the soils 0:09 . All of the remediating efforts are an afterthought.
I would recommend reading a book called THE END OF FOOD BY Paul Roberts (?)
      And
Following and reading the works of JOEL SALATIN and Polyface farms. Regenerative farming practices.
RFK had a very good interview with Joel. There's a growing number of us family farmers who are adopting and restoring our farmlands this way. Unfortunately, our nations government agencies are not only using big AG's policies.., but they are increasingly and aggressively attacking and destroying any small independent farms and markets by creating regulations and rules that are so restrictive and expensive that it favors the big age and food producers and makes it impossible if not illegal to operate a small family farm!
Unless you can find a regenerative farm or market or grow your own, it's a crap shoot as for getting food that's not part of the disease and poor health problem.
Also FDA and USDA literally suppress ANY independent research that weve acquired from hundreds of not thousands of independent research orgs ( not funded by the food or ag industries) that illuminate big discoveries about our foods and our nutrition needs that have in many cases overturned previous findings and show CV conclusively there's z great deal of previously unknown elements and aminos and peptides etc that heretofore weren't considered necessary or useful, and findings that show that the entire food pyramid is inverted and not based on true optimum health but in reality justifies the increase of big foods producing empty carb and sugar laden over processed foods that also of course contain glyphosated ingredients.
We stopped growing family gardens after WW2. BEFORE that, 95% of families raised a garden. Today that figure is less than 5% of the population in U.S. Famine within the next decade is a very real possibility because of this food dependence upon big ag and big food. Because neither of these industries are even considering changing their business models or formulas.
And even if suddenly EVERYONE decided to grow raise their own foods, it will most likely take decades to eliminate or recover our soils and foods, and this has affected previous generations and those to come.
