The sad part is society leans towards the drama, the "bad things, worse yet, media knows it and serves it up, which is fine, but the society needs to learn to find the good in the world and at the very least the good in themselves. Sidenote, I really appalled Vanila Ice, cause he took SOOO much shit as a white rapper in the early days of Rap Era, not many could do that, Bravo to him.

What you said about trusts and lawyers was spot on. I am setting one up for my kid and the lawyer started trying to do multiple trusts and nonsense until he realized I had done my research beforehand. Still, for a basic living trust, $3,500. These lawyers are ridiculous.

    • @michaelmansour6326

    • @chartuck
      @chartuck 7 месяцев назад

@@michaelmansour6326 Yes that is the issue people run into with doing the generic online forms is they are not state specific and things can easily go wrong. You might think you are saving thousands but could potentially set yourself up for a disaster. Lawyers are blood suckers for sure, but they know they can charge huge rates because sometimes we absolutely do need them. $5,000 for a few hours of their time and a handful of documents is ridiculous though. The other thing they do is say 'oh I bill in hours at say $250/hr'. One second of their time, billed for an hour. Do we see a breakdown of how many hours they spend on it? No. At $250/hr and $5,000 cost they would have spent 20 hours of time on that trust . . . . . yeah right.

They don't have to leave their chair, they don't have to go to court, nothing. This should be a $1,000 fee MAX. Just like real estate. If you were able to buy cheep to wholesale anything it’s a good deal but I see it as a fluctuating value based on any given buyer. IF you're set on changing your frn's or digital dollars into precious metals/gems, real property, equities or any other hard asset you'd be light years ahead by knowing their respective liquidity.
There are ways to move money anywhere one could want and under everyone's radar. Won't be the most expensive, but will be a far cry from being taxed.

I would check out a beneficiary title for your assets naming who it goes to at your death, or a beneficiary deed for your home, keeping it out of a Trust, or putting your life insurance policy as listing the beneficiaries in order of who gets what percentage. If the person that dies owes a lot of money, they will go after the trust to satisfy the debt. But when your vehicles have a beneficiary title and your life insurance lists the beneficiaries, and your paid for home has a beneficiary deed, and your bank accounts have a POD (paid on death form filled out), then the trust will not have a whole lot in it to sue if a debt is owed by the person who died. All of this you can do your self, depending on your states laws or companies you deal with function. If you're deep in debt and put everything in the trust, your family will probably not get much. Protecting your assets individually with beneficiaries is the way to go.

Great video, learned a lot. You were raised really well. My father came from poverty and was a very successful business person, when he died I inherited a lot of money and I just don't have any motivation to work. I still value everything I buy though and am a minimalist. I just have no hustle in me. I'm not sure how you work so hard when you already have money. You just like working for work's sake, the challenge I guess. It's just hard to have any purpose in life. I travel, I learn other languages, and read. I'm just not sure what would be considered "productive". People say I should volunteer, but I would want the satisfaction of trying to make my own money first, then focus on giving back later in life. I'm 41, I just don't know how to find purpose when I'm not motivated by anything. Most people are in jobs they hate and are forced to do things they don't want to, few people have a passion for one thing. So in that way I am in a great position in life.

ICE gives amazing advice here. Real world, right to the point knowledge. Explained in a non-condisending way that you can and should utilize right away. This is better than a lot of paid classes taught by so called business professionals and college / university professors. ICE putting on a true masterclass. In history he will go down as one of the most talented, successful, multifaceted and giving persons ever.

Rob is 100% correct about vultures taking your money. Opportunist s. Sucking what you have out of you and people bleeding you dry when you got some money. Rob is totally on it. He is very, very smart and that's because he has seen and or experienced it and he learned a lot of people would have learned the lessons well. Just gone through it but I've been watching his videos and Rob is sharp as a fucking nail dude. He knows his shit

Much respect on how he raised and mentored his daughter. It takes time and a lot of effort to do this, which is why most parents don't. Most parents are checked out. Its so much easier to just let your kids be entertained by the phone. I'm mentoring my son, he's 11 and launched a drone photography biz. He taught him self professional editing tools. Spent hours on tutorials. He's not making $700 a day. That's stage one, I told him he's learning taxes and investing next. He'll be a millionaire by 15. He knows he doesn't have to worry about money because we're well off and his college is paid for, but he's so motivated to do this because he understands the purpose of life isn't money, it's CREATING, learning, expansion and connection. Money is just a tool and byproduct of his investment of energy.
But above that, I am teaching him the importance of choosing his mate wisely.

AMAZING VIDEO!!! Sharing life's valuable nuggets of experience! THANK YOU! One thing that I started thinking about before you got into it was, you definitely need the right Life Insurance Policy and Estate Planning (a Trust), to protect your generational wealth. Most people charge $2,000 to $5,000+ for a Trust. We do it for free. The only thing someone would have to pay for is the notary to get the docs notarized.

Rob ! Live the video !
Definitely grew up with you and wish I had more guidance in my life for a more sound direction and you found it.
The 1 thing that I love about this is how to pass and protect assets and money to pass on to my kid's.
Truly a value moment for me to want and need to learn about assets and asset protection from the vouchers out here .
I am blue collar guy and work hard and definitely need to find a way to work for myself and teach my kid's how to manage and protect the future generations to come cause it has to start somewhere !
But figuring out who to trust is the tuff one and where to start is another.
Thx. A million hope you put another video out of this nature soon . Pt. 2 soon ?
