Thing is, the guy on the left at 2:02 is correct. Though often used interchangeably, they do have a difference. Graveyards are burial sites on the grounds of a temple/church, and cemeteries are not. There's no building in the image, so it's off grounds, so a cemetery.

@@theveryaveragegamer9865 I meant to say cease and desist, Nintendo did a big crackdown on GMod a couple weeks ago to force the devs to remove every Nintendo model off of the Steam Workshop. almost 20 years worth of add-ons pretty much gone.
The issue with the DMCA bit is there's loads of evidence that Nintendo didn't do it, there's an impersonator. The DMCA part is Facepunch's decision. Chances are if it was Nintendo, they would've contacted Valve to remove all add-ons in a short time span instead of individually going after mods one by one.
The impersonator is sadly still at large. They even taken down Pokémon mods, Wallace and Gromit mods, and SONIC mods under SEGA's name (see that there is what I believe would out himself.)

Hoyo reuses assets the same reason as every game studio:
Saves time, money, effort, and resources to be used for actually important stuff (like gameplay, and writting)
and saves storage (think, if everything had its own unique model + animations + ai + voice acting, wouldnt the game be SUPER huge *like 500+ gb*)
also its just efficient, recycle old assets and tweak them around for newer assets

Also, even if they had the disposable budget and resources for new models for every other npc, what's the point, you'll forget about them the moment that quest is over. If those resources are there then they're better off being put to use for other characters, the model work of the playable characters alone is astounding since there is so little clipping on the models themselves and yet they have do many intricate details and animations, that requires a ton of time and effort alone, then we bring up boss fights and environments and it becomes obvious that said disposable resources are already being put to work.
