Wow I've been doing accounting for 5 years now but this was still super useful. Makes a lot of sense and it's not a hassle to use either. Amazing video.
Can I ask, what method were you using before, and were you trained on it? I’m going to be graduating soon and I’m so anxious not knowing what expectations are like in actual accounting jobs yet
You are awesome at this….I am always was able to think on the #3 level and had hard times explaining how I got there to someone operating on level 1 and 2, , whereas you connect all that for me with the proper wording.
Hi Bill. With the Big 4 investing heavily in generative AI like ChatGPT Enterprise, what specific skills do you think accountants should focus on to stay relevant and valuable? Do you see certifications in AI-related fields like prompt engineering making a big difference in accounting careers? Also, how do you think these changes will impact traditional accounting roles in the next few years?
These days system does everything and sometime you come to a point where you don't even have to know any debit and credit but let me tell you guys that having broader concept like this along with modern software will make life much easier. keep learning. Thanks
I have read that Roger has been acquired by Uworld and has since decreased in quality. Makes me sad since I kept hearing great things about Roger and seems like it has been ruined by Uworld, according from what I see on forums like Reddit
Thanks a lot, interesting video! One question; why do you write Cr then Dr? I'm a finance professional & always write Dr then Cr as we were taught like this from the beginning :) Is it in US taught differently? Thanks!
You are correct to write the Dr first then Cr. It just happened during my writing on the whiteboard that I wrote the Cr first, which is not a big deal as long as you label what is Dr and what is Cr
Sir i am Karthik I have joined in a job for book keeping with zero experience and half accounting knowledge I am struggling in training wil you give me some tips to improve

Yes. That (your level 3 explanation) was how my accounting teacher taught me how to understand the accounting equation, when I first started.
It is very interesting to learn English through your channel, to auditors in another country!
Amazing explanation!
Thanks Michael!
