Hey Everyone. These are shorter segments of the recent longer workout routines. Remember you can make your own exercise playlist with your favourite exercise videos, here are some instructions on how to do this: bit.ly/39tlNLd And remember to subscribe to the channel for more! I hope you have a lovely day wherever you may be in the world! 😀- Mike
Hi ! Thank you so much ! This was an excellent video for the upper body and the arms have always been a trouble spot for me. Never had much upper body strength. I think your videos have truly been helping me to get my muscles & joints moving and hopefully nice and toned after I lose the fat and can "see" them....lol ! I also will be making a playlist.....right now I have them under "watch later". I LOVED Dave's inspirational story and I hope that will also happen for me doing these videos regularly. Thanks again Mike !!
You're more than welcome Alstromeria! Glad to hear you liked it and great work with all the exercise you're doing. Make sure you keep it all now, and looking forward to hearing of more progress! 🙂
What a gift your videos are! It's great to have someone as qualified as you guiding your 'online classes' through these stretches and exercises. When I first discovered your videos it was to alleviate lower back pain, which strengthening those muscles did. I know the benefits of exercise but too often over the years have been negligent following through long-term. Your videos, which I often use with my 3 lb. weights, are helping me strengthen my core and related muscles, and I feel so much better for it. Thanks Mike.
Really challenged myself as I used weights, certainly gave me a good workout. I do tend to neglect the upper body, so am making a bigger effort now. Thanks Mike :) Jan
I do these exercises every other day and they are really helping my 77 year old balance! Two comments: the weight bearing leg gets tired and could use a shake before switching to the other leg and there is too much explanation for the exercise in which we tap front, back, left and right.
Excellent exercises it was helpful with breathing. Thank you so much I will now make a playlist this is also excellent as it will stop all other exercises programs from invading my channel.......
This is perfect. I’m enjoying the leg videos and will now add this to my playlist for a good overall workout. Thank you Mike for helping me get stronger!
I got very weak arms and wrists so I find this short upper body exercises very beneficial to me. My husband has got Parkinson’s and he has since commenced doing your exercises. He was diagnosed 12 years ago and he slowly lost his upper arms and body muscles over the years. I hope you will do exercises tailored for Parkinson’s sufferer.
Yes. Start with every second day. Can do work up to every day. If you also eventually add in weights, again go back to every second day to ensure adequate rest.
Hi Mike On March 3 of this year I had a TNR. I am the young age of 77! My PT is about done, I have enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Now I would like to follow along with you and keep doing some workouts. Could you please tell me where I could get a chair like you are using in this video? I have nothing suitable here at home, must get one. Thank you for any help in this matter.
Today Mike sent a new video "Upper Body Exercises" - and I started my morning by doing them. Time wise it was short but for my muscles super effective. Thanks Mike. Also I admired Dave's determination to change lifestyle. I am sure it will help other seniors who have a similar health problem.
Because I've been consistent and dedicated to exercising with you, I am slowly increasing my strength and range of motion is improving. I can now use small weights!

You're welcome Pam! Good work!
Great session, Mike. To make it a bit more challenging, would you okay using low-weight hand weights with these exercises?
Yes you can add in weights, and increase the weight as you get stronger!
as i age, getting on the floor and more importantly get up is very difficult and i often need help. do you have videos that will address this?
Hi Tom, thank you for your comment. I will take this into consideration. Cheers Mike.

@@MoreLifeHealth yes he has. He’s a bit hesitant at first but slowly but surely he’s decided he will do your exercises. Many thanks 🙏🏻
It's sooo good 👍🏻 thanks ❤
I am sore from bending over doing some plumbing work. This was a good exercise to help my body relax and stretch.
These exercises really pinpoint just how weak my left side is!! Hopefully, in time both sides will match. Thanks Mike!!
Loved it. Much needed! Thank you a million! ❤ how often should I do this in one week? Should I rest in between the days?
Yes. Start with every second day. Can do work up to every day. If you also eventually add in weights, again go back to every second day to ensure adequate rest.
@@MoreLifeHealth Okay. Thank you very much for responding! I need this desperately. 😢

Any sturdy chair with armrests works well Dee. Not a chair with wheels. I got. mine from a department store here in Australia.
Hi there! I missed my brisk walk this morning. What video can you recommend to get my heart pumping?
I know this is a bit later than "this morning"... but you can try this exercise video next time Jules: ruclips.net/video/U_Z6MNLVvF0/видео.html 🙂
I enjoy the breath in, breath out best!
Thank you buddy
You're welcome Eddy! 🙂

You're welcome Jules. Welcome!
Oh this was great, my shoulders were cracking ha ha so short but so good, thank you Mike
Glad you enjoyed it Dianne! Keep up the good work! 🙂
Have an excellent weekend, and thanks for the exercise videos.
You're welcome Joelle. Have an excellent weekend too!
Is it ok to do arm/muscle strengthening exercises five consecutive days in a row?
It depends on many things Dana. I would not recommend focusing on your arms 5 days consecutively.
I’m 65 yr old woman and have lost muscle mass in the past covid year sadly and I guess I want it back as quickly as possible. Thank you.
Thanks for another session of exercises. God Bless You!!
You're more than welcome Joyce! Keep it up!
HAPPY, HAPPY HAPPY!
Great 👍
Thank you Mike :)
You're welcome Ana! :)
