Cleanse and charge your crystals with quartz sound healing bowls. Set your intentions and allow your heart to open. Sound cleanses any residual energetic debris and charges the crystals, so they are ready to be at their best, highest good to do their "work" for you.
You can use this video for yourself to relax, recalibrate and align your chakras or you can use it to charge and cleanse your crystals. I recommend doing this every week, remember to get centered, set your intentions for the session and calm your mind as you are receiving the high energy frequencies.

I played this to some crystals that had some much needed cleansing and charging. It was my first time fully doing everything in a more structured feeling way.

@@kathleena.gilbert1521 you mean you put all crystals on top of a salt plate? Or are you putting them into an actual water bath? Just wondering because many crystals can't go in water...learned that the hard way...Are you just using regular salt? I use black and pink sea salts and place satin spar sticks(sold mostly as "selenite'...real selenite is rare and hard to come by but is absolutely beautiful) all around the crystals and salt and just found this ...so look like there's going to be a new addition to the routine 🙂✌💛🙃

What is sold mostly as selenite these days is actually called satin spar ...selenite is rare and hard to come by but extremely beautiful. Satin spar has similar properties tho ♡

So what exactly does the sound do to the crystals, and how do you know that it does anything 🙂
the vibrations and frequencies help to kind of reset the vibrations of your crystals! I read somewhere that it’s the only science backed theory abt crystals or something but that might be wrong 🤣 if you place your crystals by a speaker and play this or something with high vibrations on it and you can feel the vibrations yourself when you touch the speaker or the surface it’s on then you can put your crystals near the speaker and it kind of charges it!
ofc it’s better to have the bowls bcos of the range of frequencies and it’s a better experience but for the ppl who can’t this works too!
