My buddy has made it all the way up to Gold ★★ with his gimmicks, but I keep telling him he needs to learn better punishes outside of crouching roundhouse, jab x3 into electricity, and throws. 😭 This is exactly the video he needs to take him higher. Maybe our FT10’s will be more like 10 - 7 instead of 2 - 10 in the future. 🙏
Charge back then instead of pressing forward, roll to forward (half circle fwd) + punch, then do a qcf + K So it’s: charge > HCF + P > QCF + K You do Guile’s Flash kick into level 3 similarly Charge DB > HCF to UF + K > HCF + K
As long as the main directions, back, fwd, back, fwd are done in the motion (within a certain time frame, the game reads it and supers get priority over a special that might come out as well

@@feri7mbleThey are combos that lead into his SA's. Some of the best finisher combos he has in terms of damage and ease of execution. You can just not do the SA after the OD Backstep, and drop Blanka-Chan to be +5. Let's you do all the doll combos w/o stun.
Hello, With the combo jump mp + (B - F hp) after OD rolling attack. It's difficult for "the B - F hp" to come out. It happens because we switch side after the OD rolling attack and the buffering doesn't take the time we hold back. I tried to buffer holding right and left but it seems it does not work properly. Do you have any tips for this combo? Ps : I have no trouble with the execution in tje corner when you keep on the same side for the whole combo.
After hitting the F for the B,F+PP you hold that then go to U,B to jump all the while holding that B Then hit Mp while still holding B during that hit animation then immediately go to F + HP for the air ball. It’s not the easiest combo to do for sure but once you get a feel for the timing you’ll find there’s time to get your charge in
I believe this is because Mir is just focusing on a starter guide, A simple guide to understand how the character works. Wolfgang's is pretty good but let's not forget he's also a specialist on this character.

You didn't do any of his OD Ball>OD Backstep combos that lead into any of his CAs or half of his Blanka-Chan setups. Or antiair combos.
The video only shows combos, not setups, so I can understand that part. No anti-air combo is unfortunate though, Blanka has some nice ones too.

Is Blanka normal for a beginner ?
Not really I heard he’s like top mid difficulty. Ryu is probably the easiest to get into.
Dhalsim mains are starving out here.
