    Actually the Dyname are practically completely quiet. But the noise level from the chain changes allot if the drivetrain isn’t well lubed. A good reminder to keep the chain clean and well lubed. Wax based lube helps to keep it that way

    i have a 2019 Altitude carbon 70 and its unreal, makes the shimano steps seem weak and my bosch performance line cx bike is also no comparison, 70% on the RM exceeds turbo on the bosch, the mountain tuning tool allows you to increase the amps and its a missile, the downside is the chain noise, and its so instant in its delivery that when stationary on the bike waiting at stops, sometimes it'll want to take off as you are resting your feet on the pedals as its so instant, it needs a brake lever cut out, that said shifting is much much better than the shimano and even the bosch with shift detection i can bang through the gears without easing off on the pedals and theres no crunching or snapped chains, and then with actual bicycle geometry it rides like a bike and feels like a bike not a truck

      That's good to know. I've looking very closely at the Altitude PP amongst many, many others. Any downsides to that bike that you could name?

      bonefish201 Yes just 1, battery can’t be removed from the bike which makes charging a pain in the arse😟

      Does the mountain tuning tool do away with speed restriction?

    • @ebnerritzmais
      @ebnerritzmais 5 лет назад

      @@natedempsey3389 no. It just lets you adjust motor power (0-100%) of the three assist modes. Besides that it gives you info about speed, track etc.

    Hi friend! Did you know RM release a new firmware software? Wide cadence power not sure if anything else (motor behave) changes

    Did you actually turn the motor on. I can't hear it at all!

    • @EMTBVideos
      @EMTBVideos  3 года назад +1

      Yeah, the motor itself is very silent, it's the chain passing through the motor pulleys/cogs that is noisy. Don't think it makes much difference if the motor is on or off (:

    Own one of these only downside so far is that to gear that is not covered at the front even with tied pants or elastic compressed/riding pants..... it can easily catch those pants and pull them in throwing you down or over and destroying your pants...... and the company won’t even consider covering it with the cover that covers the other gears which would totally fix the life threatening poor design issue.......

    I don’t understand is more powerfull always and when you pedal hard but less power when you don’t pedal hard ... it’s about cadence, torque sensor? Please explain this in more detail
    Thanks for sharing!

    To much pulleys, wear and use and don't talk about muddy days....a no go

    • @Axabraxa
      @Axabraxa 4 года назад

      That's not a problem at all. Plenty of mud here now, and no issue.

    Bafang still outperforms all these new motors. They are way quieter and more powerful. That thing sounds pretty rattly with all them pulleys and cogs.

      @@EMTBVideos your right the bafang ultra I have is more powerful but you have less control on technical. I usually keep the power as low as possible on technical to avoid jerking forward when I dont want to.
