@@kikiphallin Adam’s main recording guitar (custom Angelus) had an 81 in it at the time. Joel’s main recording guitar (custom Angelus) had an 85 in it at the time. Hard to say what was used.

The tone goes from speaker to the pickup in order for diminishing effect on sound
Speaker makes the most difference, then the amp, etc
