That's the issue of public transportation being completely run by the private sector (NICE) instead of a joint private/public sectors like the MTA.

As a bud operator myself for Phx az , our XN40 do this too , but it’s New flyer that uses sensors on the suspension , This what happens when it isn’t calibrated right , but easy fix , turn the batteries off and release the air ,

This hasn't happened one time happened before in Roosevelt field saw it on pine power li video it's something with the suspension and tire pressure they don't have a lot of mechanics aswell it's a new flyer xn40

These New Flyers are doing even worse than the Orions. I have seen this before as well. Suspension collapse. The liquid is from the broken radiator. There were missing buses on the n16 today as well, probably due to breakdowns.

also at 1:20 the tanks are on the roof, that's either some other type of fluid or just was there from another vehicle. plus i don't think CNG is a liquid

nah thats a complete suspension failure. one or more of the coils or airbags has completely gone out. the tires look to be okay, but i can clearly see the airbags are shot. leaning like a low rider.. I've never seen it THAT bad......
