Gilligan wanted Jesse to die in a botched drug deal, as a plot device to plague Walt with guilt. However, Gilligan said by the second episode of the season, he was so impressed with Jesse's character and Aaron Paul's performance that "it became pretty clear early on that it would be a huge, colossal mistake to kill off Jesse". Gilligan also liked the chemistry between Paul and Bryan Cranston. The character has been said to become the "flawed moral center" to Walter White in later seasons. And the advertisement guy from the office
‘Ok, no more Marajuana’ always makes me laugh.
5:47 makes me laugh so much 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
And that little leg fight between them right afterwards😂 Walter and Jesse goofy as hell
This was the moment walter White turned into jacki chan
Walter W was one bad ass mofo. Horrible person but you couldn't help but root for him
(@@nicholascoelho6052) Yeah that feels way too simple. The two were pretty much one in the same, he just used the Heisenberg name as an excuse.
But once he killed Mike I started to despise him.
I started to hate him in after season 3, the only time I rooted for him again was when he went after Jack's gang, that was cool as hell and showed his genius planning
Every character was faulty in this show.
@@nicholascoelho6052 you cant just act like his heisenberg persona isn't part of him, it's not like it's a seperate entity, walter white is heisenberg and vice versa, no need to simplify the complexity of walter white.
Skyler **trespasses onto Jesse’s property when he gave explicit instructions not to**
Also Skyler: “Don’t touch me.”
She always was fairly unlikable, which is impressive considering who her husband was.
Honestly, anyone who came out of this show feeling that Skyler was unlikable is just fucked in the head
Peaslepuff what are you even talking about.
Peaslepuff answer please.
Walter White's actions took a massive pitfall after he really broke bad, and the severity of his actions far surpassed hers to begin with since he killed people. Skyler White is by no means innocent as she was forced to break bad a little bit herself and get her hands involved with drug money.
@@Peaslepuff "I fucked Ted"
5:44 great line 👌
“It’s worth NOTHING when you smoke it all!”
1:17 I love how bullies start the fight and then says "Psycho" when backing off
7:05 Krazy-8 closed his eyes
3:25 HE SHAT HIMSELF!!!!!🤣
I really hated Skyler, especially at 7:23 acting like Walt is a douche for having cancer and not wanting to tell them yet.
MrMongoose221 Sometimes, when people are upset about something, they can just break down, even if they don’t mean to, you know.
@@SomeGuyWhoPlaysGames333 thank you, I'm tired of people being used to so perfect characters in shows that when they're presented with someone who responds normally to this situation people lose their shit. It's annoying, but makes me appreciate this shows writing all the more.
@@SomeGuyWhoPlaysGames333 yes, during season 1 she loved Walt so much, which is why seeing him refuse to treat cancer hurt her so much
@Jeremy Not at that time he wasn't. No backbone maybe but he wasn't evil and manipulative like he becomes later on.
she was upset because he didn't tell her for a month after knowing about it, and if you know how cancer works... you can't waist your time like that without immediately starting treatment
my favorite part of season 1 is walt figuring out a piece of the plate was missing
Mine is when Walt gets those raging hard-ons and wants to phfruqk'😎
@@johnpeoples5637🤣🤣🤣
8:16 and where walt blows up tucos compound is the best scenes in season 1 in my opinion, it just shows him turning toward the dark side and it’s just so awesome
No one: Breaking bad is the best show ever.
GOT: am i a joke to you?
BB: Yes! you god dam right.
All I can say is, at least Breaking Bad had a proper ending
Got is also fucking grt show but bb didnt let us down anywhere..
dumb ass meme is dumb
M A Abhijith “Reality”... Walt creating an explosion large enough to send air conditioners flying as an escape plan and then coming out alive.
Sopranos: Am I a joke to you?
Breaking Bad: No, sorry.
The scene that made you fall in love with Breaking Bad 6:08
The earlier seasons are still my favorite, and every time I think back to them, this is always the first scene that comes to mind. 😄
For me it was the bathtub scene
For me in season one Walt started to cut his hair and go bald and meet Tuco Salamanca and use explosive meth.
@@abramsullivan7764 I'll just go ahead and say it, the first two seasons are the best of the series, and that's saying something.
you are goddamn right
6:02 teachers when you try to leave 30 seconds before the bell.
5:50 when playing footsie with you crush turns serious
Lmao
0:29 this is the moment when Walter white transform into heisenberg.
More like heisenballz
From Walt and Jesse humorously "battling" in the bathroom, to Walt strangling Crazy 8 to death, was quite a change-of-gears.....
One of my favorite scenes was when Crazy 8 and Emilio were holding him at gun point to cook their meth and he grabs the red phosphorus throws it in there and creates an explosion. That and the fulminated Mercury...this is not METH
I loved the FMurk just because they foreshadowed it
It was so halarious when they were playing footsie in the toilet trying to kick each other.
0:04 this is the Exact moment when Walt turned Heinsenberg
No this is when Walt turned monkey crazy
3:17 put it on 1.5 speed and hear some sick ass bars
6:24 see how Walter is jumping around trying to dodge the mans blade just portrays how his innocence is still there as he is deciding weather or not if he should die but then proceeds to put his foot on the poll deciding the mans fate
Season 1 jesse pinkman was a such a great character he and walter went through craziest transformation
But in season 1 jesse was like a little kid
He was so childish
I loved that jesse he became more serious by time which was needed but i loved this jesse
It’s crazy to think it’s been 14 years since this season aired.
The good Walter, before heisenberg
6:45 was the most powerful part of the character! He was reborn!
Huh? What do you mean?
After having watched Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad just gives off an entirely different vibe.
Peter Gould kept his promise. He changed the way we saw Breaking Bad.
being told that he has cancer was not key? him seeing jesse for the first time in the show was not key? cmon
4:30 me after taco tuesday
0:40 walter season 5: todd I have another job for your uncle
8:17 I like how the writers showed how different Walt and Saul are by just their interactions with the annoying guy. Walt comes in swiftly and goes out with a boom, while Jimmy and Kim kept building up towards a climax in their scam. Kinda like how their characters were developed. Walt changed from Mr. Chips to scarface over 2 years while Jimmy took much longer.
Man it's so interesting to see season 1 with such a silly quirky dark comedy feel to it fully knowing just how dark and sad it gets by the end of the series.
2:35 one of the funniest scenes🤣🤣
the shop bit gets me every time, we've all wanted to damage one of those thicheaded bullies. I was 100% behind him after that
I love how underfunded season 1 was, like that was clearly a wad of frozen ground beef that fell through the ceiling, but okay
I'd say part of a dead pig or other animal.
you do know prop departments can make a fake corpse right? like when you see a corpse in a show or movie you do know it's not a real body, right?
@@ionceateapinecone that's not the fucker asked you. Also it was a body that has been in dissolving in acid.
@Lucimyr I didn't say that, I just said it was super obvious it was a chunk of ground meat.
They could have at least tossed some bones in there or something (seeing as they'd likely dissolve slower than flesh) instead of just a wad of ground beef
@@ionceateapinecone yes

9:10 God, I love the look of sheer amusement on Walt's face.
I was thinking about watching the serie all over again... but i just remember how annoying Skyler was.
DeepTheStoneMan hahahahaha the reason I ain’t about to re watch
Omg same i hate that biAtch
Jesse was not far away
Yeah, her husband only starting making meth and killing people, straining their marriage after a harrowing cancer diagnosis and leaving her behind with a teen with cerebral palsy and an infant girl. What a bitch, she complained too much!
