  • I clearly have an issue when it comes to re-organizing my room and being indecisive! 🤪 If you watched this whole thing...you're the best! I'll try and keep my future vlogs shorter :)

I know this is an old video and I’m honestly not even a teacher or in the education field at all but something about these classroom set-up videos is SUPER relaxing to me. I really enjoy your whole vibe! 🙂

I totally agree with your statement about not needing to finish everything before school starts and I shared your vid with a first year teacher I know. I wish someone would’ve told me that my first year. I was so stressed out and I couldn’t even afford to do everything I wanted. I also really like the dry erase circles on the table too. Thanks for your honesty!👍

This is the best video I’ve seen in 15 years of watching RUclips

I agree about ditching the filing cabinet! I had TWO in my classroom when I first got there and I quickly got rid of both of them. They are so big and bulky!

Also there’s a cool hack for dry erase markers you can glue the little art pom-poms at the ends of them and right there they have an eraser it works so good and the kids love it

OMG the magna tiles are insanely expensive blows my mind I’m a preschool teacher and they love them so I was fortunate that my son got a humongous like the biggest kit you can get from his grandparents for Christmas so I split it in half and took half to my classroom and my son is now 9yrs old and I’m still a preschool teacher so my students will always love them so I have the whole set at school now 💕💕💕💕

Hello, I am new to teaching and love your room! Do you have a link for the blue bins you have? Also a link for the bins you use for their folders? I see other teachers have them and I just prefer the softer colors compared to the primary bold colors. I think you mentioned Target, I can never find the exact items. So if you have a link that would be great! Thank you Sherrie

Is it possible to put all of the colored drawer carts together next to the door and move the monopoly toy boxes together to make one long bench seat (Instead of staggering them the way they are now?). If they are all three lined up in front of the heater it will have a nice long bench with pillows on the back up against the heater .

Just found your channel. Best wishes on your surgery. I enjoyed your video. You may want to consider turning off the background music as it distracts from what you are saying. Otherwise great classroom set up!

How do you decide which students get to sit at which flexible seating?? I love all the flexible seating options you have for your students!!!

I usually pick their seats the first few weeks so they can try each one, then I let them pick!

@@stacylongstaff5247 most of my seats came with the classroom like the yoga balls, wobble stools and donuts. But the crate seats, scoop seats, and floor seats I bought myself!

@@_bigheartlittleminds_5234 thanks.I think I’m gonna apply for a grant this year to get flex seating for the following year and do something similar to what you’re doing. It was really neat seeing this in your classroom and your idea of how you run it. I teach kindergarten so pretty similar to first grade.

What if you put the 3 carts next to each other and the benches along the vent so they’re all even and have a little back rest!

Hello I am new here and I love your classroom how do you make your crate seats? I am wanting to teach four-year-olds and I think that would be a good option to have. I am a future teacher, I will hopefully graduate next year from college.
