    I just discovered this channel and I love it! If you don't mind me asking, what type of cakes do you use? If I use a castella cake, would it able to withstand the italian buttercream and frosting?

      Oh so sorry for being late too much 🙈
      When it comes to Buttercream, highly recommend a sort of pound cake rather than too light castella. If u prefer that soft cake, you can try it quiet low height~

      Buttercream last max 10 days in the fridge, but after mix with color, 🤔 a couple of days will be all right, coz the color tend to change the tone to vivid mood.

      It's Italian meringue buttercream recipe with ratio below.
      Unsalted Butter: 450g
      Syrup: Caster sugar 150g+Water 50g
      Egg white: 140g + Sugar 30g

      would you try to keep all temperature stay between 20~22? Room, buttercream.. and try to be quick while piping flowers! 😉

      hmm.. 100% animalized whipped cream? If room temp keep quite cold..(under 10 degree of whipped cream ) then probably possible..
      But, by vegatable whipped cream? then, available (even though not good quality)

      냉장실에서 차갑게 굳힌 상태에서 보냉백에 넣어서 나가요. 아이백도 같이요~ ^^ 여름엔 좀 까다롭지요.

      I use Korean made Seoul butter which is originally brighter than any others~ As I know of.. we can buy them only in Korea
