The 65° water temp makes sense if this isn’t steeping. Those granules arent leaves, theyre dehydrated *steeped* tea. All youre doing at 65 is rehydrating at a quaffable temperature.

I'm always drinking some type of tea so I guess I'm always Contemplating the Nature of Time. I'm interested in the traditions, like why the first pour go to the tea pets? Do you have a video explaining? Also, how has drinking tea so much improved your health? I know since I started drinking nothing but tea my overall health has improved immensely. That's what I figured it was when it became clear that the powder had actually dissolved into the water, it's a dry soluble concentrate.
The expressions through the tea and the bottom of the glass!!! 😂 looked like a bit of the Twilight Zone!
