Project slayers really made the second mistake, it had a game with a lot of hype content and it is very good but they tried to do big content updates that kept getting delayed and took months to release so it's constantly on life support.
Arcane odyssey basically just set the entire new baseline for content and general game progression for these "open world pirate games with whimsical powers" imo. Even if pixel piece comes out of maintenance I don't seeing it capturing anyone anymore especially with rell seas around the corner
tbh youtubers who make videos on games like these ( slykage and revolver agz ) are the core of the problem. Theyve taught game devs that they can scrap together a bandit beater and these youtubers will overhype the game for them bc they are starving for content. ( when was the last time skykage made an actually original video that doesnt start with “this new roblox anime game”
I don't think it'd be THAT hard to one up yba or gpo. It'd take a while to make a decent game on release, but those games have some issues. Specifically gpo. The game really discourages experimentation with builds by making everything a pain to obtain, especially when you are newer and trying to see what you wanna do, and the new player experience is so bad. You can't even find out what islands you need to go to next in order to keep leveling up without pulling out the wiki. If any game nowadays just didn't tell you where you are supposed to go, in any form, no one would like it. Why is it acceptable here?
p2w shouldnt be a thing, i believe a good transaction is when you buy something that makes the gameplay convenient and not a straight shot to the finish line, like maybe a mount to move faster in a game would be fine or maybe 3 egg spins instead of 1.... convenience
the unique game that i can call actually by the best, is arcane odyssey, is hard to think it's in early acess, and alr have that much things, good lore, good leveling up system, huge map, sky map, simple but good graphics, magics that you can edit, fighting styles that you can edit, a lot of weapons with good skills and cool combos, etc
@Sharps yea but the one fun thing about that is devs have a tendency to use a developer only place without 99 percent of the assets other than the basics. contractors can also easily be used to submit their work from their own personal developer places whether it be magic effects, structures, ui and whatever else without even getting close to any of the real game's systems. so there's literally no excuse as they cater to what the job asks for because at the end of the day it'd be vetex giving the green light for that so if the game lost its "soul" it'd be on vetex's head anyway. the game already has no anticheat and has made very poor attempts at patching the ones that can be used (you can use infinite yield ffs and that's the most basic exploit)
Literally every time I click on a Slykage video this is the title: THIS NEW GAME IS THE BEST GAME EVER NO GAME COULD EVER TOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!(RELEASE!!!!!) BUT the game hasn’t even released yet and it’s just speculation of the release date.
They lack economical socielogy and according to my calculations the percentage of decline is dramatic and significant and knowledge of ownership and leadership is missing from the plate, the tax imposed as percentage directly to the players and gamepasses being paylocked behind the wall increases the incidence of tax and decreases our surplus. The one piece games have a huge elastic demand due to the massive amount of subsitutes, strangely yet straghtfully shifting the supply to the left.
I feel like roblox game devs should take some inspiration from the progression of albion online, if you want to create an open world game then having a non-linear progression similar to that would probably be the best way.
I always wondered why these roblox anime developers make a game that's not a bandit beater/open world. Like there's plenty of genres. For example, they could make a battlegrounds one like TTBG where they could make updates around sets of characters and have fun grinding which is just playing the game. they could make a game that's not centered around leveling up. a game could last very long with good mobile support. those are just ideas though
I think it's because of the repetition. Which is pretty much the most obvious way to put it You look at the left, you see a one piece game, you look at the right you see another. Both games have the same objective, be a pirate, get a fruit, get stronger, no storyline diner bs. And yeah let's hope AO turns out to be good because right now? I'm tired of these garbage one piece games. (Also subbed because why not, here's one chief 1+)
A game can be good despite repetition. Deepwoken has projected a longevity for a year, and it's likely going to go strong in the future too. Deepwoken is a subtle bandit beater game but through the use of dynamic encounters with other players, they implement endless possibilities to builds so the gameplay doesn't seem "looped". That's illusion of variety. The gameplay is more engaging when you face endless possibilities which presents a new challenging task to conquer. It creates a sense of immersion and investment that keeps the player coming back for more which is exactly why it doesn't need constant updates. If anime developers had done a thorough research and explore how anime games outside of Roblox approaches this kind of task at hand, this wouldn't be an issue - but it is because they don't do their research. That's just the sad truth.
AO is currently still weak but strong enough to compete with other seas adventure type of game, its kinda close to deepwoken when u have alot of ways to build and fight, just that AO is still new and the build potential is still kinda low, but other than that AO is quite enjoyable, the game is just super addictive.
So i was trying to find out how to make my game succesfull and tbh.Ur right most of new games and new developers ditch the game after they make some amount of robux. They dont try to compete with other developers and the game just die.I am not sure how much content in the game is too much as for my game.I made it to have 5 days of content in it as it was uploaded.I am still not sure if i should take on the competition with other devs as i work alone and i am trying to make the game look good(better graphic etc.).But i agree with u most of developers make games for money and gamepasses just makes the game easier
RELL seas is one of the ones that I believe won’t die on release, the rell bros seem really passionate and hardworking on this game, while also still updating shindo.
Something that I would like to add is how they present their game, you have 2 ways to present it, either you show it as a game made for fun Or you show it as the best game ever created, that happened with project new world saying that it would win to gpo in all aspects
Getting a OP game that has a ship system like Arcane Odyssey would be great, most one piece games completely forget one of the biggest parts of one piece (The Ocean). I have played hella arcane odyssey since release and the ship combat/exploration makes it one of the best games ive played on roblox.
@Nano Nano blox fruit has it the problem is the amount of grinding you needs to do in King legacy and despite being good graphics and good quality they force players to grind so much and at the end all that grinding feels like a waste so they start killing players BCS they are bored I still hate bounty hunters and I hate blox fruits king legacy grinding system too tedious
Vetex based AA and AO on one piece and fairy tail actually. He had made one piece golden age and another one and combined the two in aa and now it’s sequel (ao)
@Rehan Choudry it is; he said he wanted to combine fairy tail and one piece; tahts where he got the idea for a sea based pirate game with magic circle spells. he put his own twist on obv but still
Pixel piece devs: THIS GAME WILL NOT BE BANDIT BEATER Alot of time later: game releases joining the game and BEATING THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF ALL THE NPCS AND FINALLY FINDS OUT THAT THEY WERE LYING
Man’s only spit fax in this video! I really do think a lot of the problems are on us the RUclipsr for hyping the game up to oblivion . We gatta realize that a lot of the players are kids who will take your word literally!
I think that creators that want to do new works need to be more ORIGINAL to get a place trying new ideas or concepts, like per example new JoJo games tend all to be the same SP,TW,KC,KQ,CD On release, flashy and cinematics in like 3 of his 10 abilities and nothing more to do after a short storyline or not Even that
if imma be honest i think we should also put a slight blame on the players everytime a game releases or updates. Why??? Well because rather then players taking a break every now n then and saving hours of content that could be played some other time; they decide to play it in 1 go giving themselves only like a short amount of time worth of gameplay once they get back on. Don't get me wrong it be like that to most likely everyone but i find that one of the main reasons a game dies. Maybe if a game has some sort of cap to how far you can progress more into the game as well as giving the players alternative rountes to more content, it might just keep the game alive compared to others.
I feel u with the i dont like when devs update thare game quickly but at the other side thare are people who dont appreciate like lets say a rendom game gets updated evrey 2 months and som people would say they had 2 months for 2 months its not that much content its better to be consistent then not
It's because of the anti cheat, people dropping 999 fruits and giving themselves all weapons in the game + max level. Even though they patched it, it was to late.
The rell brothers has a chance of breaking it If they update rell seas constantly just like shindo life and make it a fun unique role playing game that has cool and fun combat like shindo
In my opinion, a lot of the games also die due to a major lack of originality. A prime example of this was pixel piece, where the game legitimately felt like a carbon copy of GPO. People begin to realize that these new games feels like practically the same old game just with more bugs, lower quality, and less content. The players have no reason to play pixel piece after the first week or two as a game feels like a watered down version of GPO. A lot of anime games in general use the usual large M1 stun system. It makes it feel like you are just playing a reskin of the game you always play. Plus no one enjoys getting hit by 1 punch and having to go through a long, unescapable combo which drains almost all of your hp.
Well pixel piece has less grind beating npcs is easy but Gpo Grinding is a fucking pain sometimes u even have to do more than 1 or 2 quests to get a lvl but most of the games is pretty much just 4-6 moves and see u in hell man spec blox fruits game turned from skill based to all players using leopard and dough v2
@@Kaz_1k1 Saying that gpo level grinding is worse than pixel piece is very debatable. All i did to do lvl 0 to 425 was farm normally for 3 days straight and poof i got to lvl 425. Aswell as getting hie to magu to light, the level grinding is absolutly nothing in gpo, what is horrible is the item grinding.
The funniest part is, reaper 2 players defend the m1 stun shit because "if it wasn't like that, people would just run away and spam skills" yeah buddy sure I'd totally rather sit through m1 m1 m1 m1 bisect m1 m1 m1 m1 triple strike m1 m1 m1 m1 latigo de cola + show of strength m1 m1 m1 m1 m1 + slam + m1 m1 m1 m1 m2 lance cero + sekiro movestack + ether imho reaper 2 is just a pretty bad game overall
SlyKage's titles are basically " IS THIS NEW GAME THE BEST ONE PIECE GAME ON ROBLOX ?! " Also is this format of video and specifically the exhibits inspired by Cj Dachamp ? Because it does remind me of him, and I love it.
I agree with this video 100%, I hate how whenever there's some upcoming game there's hundreds of youtubers overhyping it like "oMg ThIs GamE is INsANe You GUyS!!11 tHis WiLl bE ThE bEsT gAmE eVer!!!" then it releases early and everyone hates on the game because the developers were under the gigantic pressure of needing to make "the best game" due to the youtubers when they could've just taken their time and made a game with no pressure and all their pure effort put into it. Arcane Odyssey is an example of a game that is just generally high quality, respected and has alot of work put into it, and not rushed due to people overhyping the game like most new games nowadays.
TL:DR They only care about money and graphics, dont lisen to the community and they could care less about the core gameplay which is what makes games last long.
Another interesting point of view could be that every new roblox game, takes inspiration from already existing roblox games and just makes a slightly "improved" version of them. I think people should develop a game on roblox thinking they are doing it for a console like PlayStation, Xbox, ecc. That + giving false promises is basically ruining the chances for a new game to stay alive
theres really just a few simple reasons 1: they just arent good, its a completely unoriginal idea, and most of them are cash grabs or bandit beaters 2. there's so many games releasing that after one releases, another one comes and everyone moves to the new one 3. there's just better games. no one wants to play your shitty cash grab anime bandit beater when there are plenty of other games that are miles better (voxlblade 2, arcane odyssey, deepwoken etc.) this doesnt apply to all of them, but most also about overhyping games hurting the devs. dude. if you're game is completely mediocre and not worth the time at all then they deserve all the hate, and its not like the devs arent overhyping their own games either.
I think an experienced and passionate dev team can beat YBA,I haven’t played GPO so I can’t really talk about it but YBA has some SEVERE problems especially for it’s pvp imbalance and some stupid features, the mobile experience is also horrendous and most mobiles will just crash constantly, lag or just be unplayable which is why I think blox fruits is at the top,I used to love YBA cuz of jjba and stands and fighting styles and also the unique skill tree mechanics but mostly cuz of jjba and stands, but man the last update, the scary monsters update was the last straw for me and I’m sure for many players aswell
it's not really an "anime game", but I think deepwoken did a great job of breaking this cycle. they made sure the game was playable enough that people wouldnt get bored within a week, made it paid access so they could support themselves without making it pay to win, and most importantly, actually delivered on promises. they have been updating the game weekly for about a year now, essentially just small patches every week to keep it fresh, while working towards a big update which released last december. it's amazing that even a year into release, even with all the hype around it before release, and especially the fact that it is paid access, that it has been able to stay alive.
yeah honestly I expected YBA to die after not getting any new content for over a year but somehow it got revived Uzu has been doing really good now and even though I rarely play Yba it seems in a good position (atleast for now)
The only option for new devs is something that the wider gaming industry as a whole dealt with a long time ago. They need to DIVERSIFY. They need to put time into projects that aren't one piece, dragon ball, demon slayer, AoT, etc. related projects. They need to step away from the "anime". Nobody does games exactly like CoD anymore because CoD exists. These industry giants existing forces studios to come up with something new. You never hear the words "CoD Killer" or "Pokemon Killer". You can't kill these giant games and franchises. Just like Blox Fruits will never die. Just like ABA won't ever die. Devs seem to forget that the reason these games are so popular is because THEY diversified and released original content. Blox Fruits made bandit beating work because they targeted kids, and had so much content they'd never get bored. ABA's only real competition EVER (AX1 and 2) was already dying when ABA released. My advice to new devs is only ever going to be "get out of the box you're in"
Blox fruits survived because its old and it was "kid friendly" at the start and they also started to put effort now in the trailer called "the future of blox fruits" they even said after this big update they gonna try to put fruit items quest and stuff EVERY WEEKS wich is a lot of effort all anime games mostly die because of bad release or bad timing or its just an L game that got overhyped.
Content creator like SlyKage fr are one of the reason why games die so quickly. Bro can't go a single video without calling it the best game ever to have ever released in existence. Every time there is a new game ''The best ever you should play it RIGHT NOW'' or ''It's releasing soon, it will overthrow every game, it's gonna be INSANE''.
anime game devs somehow always fail to make a unique game nor can they make games that aren't just money grabs (GPO, Pixel Piece, Blox Fruits, Project Slayers etc) there needs to be games that have a more unique feel, or if the concept is overused make the games design more unique (skyfall, arcane odyessy [not an anime game but inspired by one piece slightly], deepwoken [a LOT of ingame mechanics references to a lotta anime]) TLDR; game dev motivation should be their passion to create games rather than making games only for money
The main reason that so many anime games are failing is there is no originality, its always the same system with the same concept with near to no original content/combat and the games always die because eventually it just gets boring as players have been playing these same type of games for ages
In the future I am gonna make a one piece game. I will do my best to keep it passion as possible. I am gonna do my best not to over wipe and remember to stay humble. ( so far its gonna take a few years to get it to the level I would be proud of it)
Try to come out with new and original stuff. Dont do like gpo or blox fruits and i guarantee you it will workout. And the most important parts of the game are: Adventure and Fighting system
i feel like another reason too go along with the release advantage one is simple: most games are copy pastes with different aesthetic changes, yet they expect you to sort of Pseudo restart the game from scratch one more, take pixel piece for example, it pretty much just is gpo / blox fruits, why should i play pixel piece, when im already max level in GPO, no one wants to grind more then they need to, and sadly these days roblox games are coming grindier and grindier to the point they're not fun.
It because people were getting impatient and the creators didnt wanna keep people waiting and so they rushed it a bit and released it, but since they didn't test most stuff there were unfound bugs that will take a lot of time to fix. That's my theory. Or else if you talking how new games die on release then I wasn't talking about that but something similar to pixle piece update release
its not the people's fault tho, dev fault, since they aim too high, hype it up and suddenly break the deal, but if they didnt then it still their choice to release or not, they could just focus on small creators and have a small fanbase, then overtime it will grow
thank for admitting it every single time a game is bouta drop i see like 12 videos about how the game is gonna take about roblox i always put my expectations high but if the game dies its the youtubers who overhype as hell fault not the devs i love spinning systems dont u gambling addiction will never stop
sometimes, games just release way too early or way too late, without content or a buggy mess, following the mainstream too much and not being original.
With the greedy devs part ..I immediately thought of phoeyu. I genuinely don't play GPO anymore due to how damn greedy it is. (I've played since update 2 and stopped at beginning of 5.)
Honestly this reminds me of anime fighting simulator, it was damn good back then, but after playing it just feels boring, and with no purposed, after the new update it just gets worse cause instead of giving new purpose to grind, it does the opposite, boss mission got glitch, kill quests doesn't count kills, everything you unlocked from the new gamepass will be gone, and there's more than just that, till this day these situations haven't been fixed yet and it's already over many months already.
The post clarity phase is literally just Gambler's Fallacy: Realizing a game is bad after playing it so much thinking it was good (something like that)
so this is also probably the reason why there's barely any good fantasy or other genre of roblox games with ongoing plot and how those that are 'seemingly good' are behind a "Pay To Access" wall which prevents you from even knowing if a game isn't a scam unless you watch a video about it 2 roblox games i'm talking about -Deep Woken -Rogue Lineage

Yea arcane is the only game I see worth playing right now imo
arcane has the advantage of reusing spell assets but with a new effect and particles
@@orangejuice8140 cut the game some slack, theres 1 person working on the game
@@mnam5822 that's never an excuse when he's more than capable of hiring a team of developers (hes voluntarily stunting its potential)

The RUclipsr problem also comes with the thumbnails either with famous anime’s like OPM,DBZ,OP,Bleach,Naruto,AOT etc.

Man wtf 😂
Bro damn become a financial advisor or something ☠️
I feel like roblox game devs should take some inspiration from the progression of albion online, if you want to create an open world game then having a non-linear progression similar to that would probably be the best way.
Oh, never thought of seeing an Albion player on the wild
We all need a game with the arcane odyssey ship fighting and crew system with deepwoken combat
Would be fire for sure 🤝
I always wondered why these roblox anime developers make a game that's not a bandit beater/open world. Like there's plenty of genres. For example, they could make a battlegrounds one like TTBG where they could make updates around sets of characters and have fun grinding which is just playing the game. they could make a game that's not centered around leveling up. a game could last very long with good mobile support. those are just ideas though
I think it's because of the repetition.
Which is pretty much the most obvious way to put it
You look at the left, you see a one piece game, you look at the right you see another.
Both games have the same objective, be a pirate, get a fruit, get stronger, no storyline diner bs.
And yeah let's hope AO turns out to be good because right now?
I'm tired of these garbage one piece games.
(Also subbed because why not, here's one chief 1+)
If AO is bad ngl roblox as a whole is gonna be in shambles but let’s pray that doesn’t happen
Yep I hope that it does good and has longevity
Update 1: NEW TRUNKS SWORD
Something that I would like to add is how they present their game, you have 2 ways to present it, either you show it as a game made for fun Or you show it as the best game ever created, that happened with project new world saying that it would win to gpo in all aspects
Its sad it happened to Anime Showdown, they hyped it up a bit too much
It's better than aba in every way tbh. It's just that there isn't enough characters on the roster yet.
I think another reason is that people will spend the whole day taking no breaks grinding the game
Basically people get overhyped and expect much more than they'll get and boom it dies + lack of updates
To the lord of vetex, i pray to you to save the anime game with AO "even though your game not anime" BUT PLEASE BE A GOOD GAME.
We pray 🙏🏿
Vetex based AA and AO on one piece and fairy tail actually. He had made one piece golden age and another one and combined the two in aa and now it’s sequel (ao)
@Rehan Choudry it is; he said he wanted to combine fairy tail and one piece; tahts where he got the idea for a sea based pirate game with magic circle spells. he put his own twist on obv but still
You're hella underrated, love the editing style.
Keep this up it's very entertaining.

Pixel piece devs: THIS GAME WILL NOT BE BANDIT BEATER
Alot of time later: game releases joining the game and BEATING THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF ALL THE NPCS AND FINALLY FINDS OUT THAT THEY WERE LYING
Pretty much the case 😂
Your point stands... also PERSONA 3 MUSIC BABY
BABY BABY BABY
Mannnn calling out the roblox video titles was uncalled for
😂had to
im betting that when pixel piece re-releases no one gonna play it and devs will abandon
Maybe fr
People moved on
Man’s only spit fax in this video! I really do think a lot of the problems are on us the RUclipsr for hyping the game up to oblivion . We gatta realize that a lot of the players are kids who will take your word literally!
Still waiting for Maui’s game to come out and be relevant for 2 days 💀
I feel u with the i dont like when devs update thare game quickly but at the other side thare are people who dont appreciate like lets say a rendom game gets updated evrey 2 months and som people would say they had 2 months for 2 months its not
that much content its better to be consistent then not
It's because of the anti cheat, people dropping 999 fruits and giving themselves all weapons in the game + max level. Even though they patched it, it was to late.
This video was really well done
Thanks I really appreciate it
Hopefully the real brothers can break the curse, they seem super unique and will be very far from a bandit beater
The rell brothers has a chance of breaking it
If they update rell seas constantly just like shindo life and make it a fun unique role playing game that has cool and fun combat like shindo
the one piece game curse is probably the new version of the critical curse after the genre died 💀
Couldn’t have described it better W comment
The funniest part is, reaper 2 players defend the m1 stun shit because "if it wasn't like that, people would just run away and spam skills" yeah buddy sure I'd totally rather sit through m1 m1 m1 m1 bisect m1 m1 m1 m1 triple strike m1 m1 m1 m1 latigo de cola + show of strength m1 m1 m1 m1 m1 + slam + m1 m1 m1 m1 m2 lance cero + sekiro movestack + ether
imho reaper 2 is just a pretty bad game overall

@@geoselal Nah Nasu did chill out a bit, but Sly bro just does it EVERY SINGLE TIME.
The overhyped video tittles 💀 so true
TL:DR They only care about money and graphics, dont lisen to the community and they could care less about the core gameplay which is what makes games last long.
Greed Fr
God bless Vetex so he would be able to make updates faster))
Another interesting point of view could be that every new roblox game, takes inspiration from already existing roblox games and just makes a slightly "improved" version of them. I think people should develop a game on roblox thinking they are doing it for a console like PlayStation, Xbox, ecc. That + giving false promises is basically ruining the chances for a new game to stay alive
LMAO SLYKAGE GETTING HIS AHH JUMPED INDIRECTLY FROM ALOT OF RUclipsRS 😭😭
He’s my guy but I gotta be real 😭
good guy but he clickbaits a shit ton
describing yba and gpo updare schedule as "a huge update every few months and little events in between" is wild
theres really just a few simple reasons
1: they just arent good, its a completely unoriginal idea, and most of them are cash grabs or bandit beaters
2. there's so many games releasing that after one releases, another one comes and everyone moves to the new one
3. there's just better games. no one wants to play your shitty cash grab anime bandit beater when there are plenty of other games that are miles better (voxlblade 2, arcane odyssey, deepwoken etc.)
this doesnt apply to all of them, but most
also about overhyping games hurting the devs.
dude.
if you're game is completely mediocre and not worth the time at all then they deserve all the hate, and its not like the devs arent overhyping their own games either.
your video makes so much sense everything is on point i think u deserve a million sub
Finally people point this out
I think an experienced and passionate dev team can beat YBA,I haven’t played GPO so I can’t really talk about it but YBA has some SEVERE problems especially for it’s pvp imbalance and some stupid features, the mobile experience is also horrendous and most mobiles will just crash constantly, lag or just be unplayable which is why I think blox fruits is at the top,I used to love YBA cuz of jjba and stands and fighting styles and also the unique skill tree mechanics but mostly cuz of jjba and stands, but man the last update, the scary monsters update was the last straw for me and I’m sure for many players aswell
it's not really an "anime game", but I think deepwoken did a great job of breaking this cycle. they made sure the game was playable enough that people wouldnt get bored within a week, made it paid access so they could support themselves without making it pay to win, and most importantly, actually delivered on promises. they have been updating the game weekly for about a year now, essentially just small patches every week to keep it fresh, while working towards a big update which released last december. it's amazing that even a year into release, even with all the hype around it before release, and especially the fact that it is paid access, that it has been able to stay alive.
Is bad because i can't play it
@artur-dbd Not gonna start an argument, so i'll just ignore your existence.

Im soo happy YBA is having a return arc by giving us frequent updates like damn ur devs got monster in their veins
dont get your hopes up
yeah honestly I expected YBA to die after not getting any new content for over a year but somehow it got revived
Uzu has been doing really good now and even though I rarely play Yba it seems in a good position (atleast for now)
This didn’t age well, the microscopic balance before disappeared after the scary monsters rework
My advice to new devs is only ever going to be "get out of the box you're in"
The goat 🐐 has returned ❤
Yessirrrr we back 👍🏾
Bro really did uzu like that when he said that Yba was gonna make a comeback (3 updates came out since then)
HUG ME BROTHAAA 🫂
If tell seas has arcades explorations and ship combat along with decent crews and decent base combat it’s gon take every gpo player there is
Blox fruits survived because its old and it was "kid friendly" at the start and they also started to put effort now in the trailer called "the future of blox fruits" they even said after this big update they gonna try to put fruit items quest and stuff EVERY WEEKS wich is a lot of effort all anime games mostly die because of bad release or bad timing or its just an L game that got overhyped.
Content creator like SlyKage fr are one of the reason why games die so quickly. Bro can't go a single video without calling it the best game ever to have ever released in existence. Every time there is a new game ''The best ever you should play it RIGHT NOW'' or ''It's releasing soon, it will overthrow every game, it's gonna be INSANE''.
shit piece 🔥
LMAO 😂
Dude one piece is goated anime :/
anime game devs somehow always fail to make a unique game
nor can they make games that aren't just money grabs (GPO, Pixel Piece, Blox Fruits, Project Slayers etc)
there needs to be games that have a more unique feel, or if the concept is overused make the games design more unique (skyfall, arcane odyessy [not an anime game but inspired by one piece slightly], deepwoken [a LOT of ingame mechanics references to a lotta anime])
TLDR; game dev motivation should be their passion to create games rather than making games only for money
The BIGGEST problems with the anime games is 90% are bandit beaters
Sad that games that have potencial like pilgrammed the devs doesn't update the game for more content
One piece games also doesn’t have a good haki system. I hope a game can make haki as good as fruits rather then extra damage by like 10%
The main reason that so many anime games are failing is there is no originality, its always the same system with the same concept with near to no original content/combat and the games always die because eventually it just gets boring as players have been playing these same type of games for ages
Yep it’s just an endless cycle of mediocre recyclable garbage
In the future I am gonna make a one piece game. I will do my best to keep it passion as possible. I am gonna do my best not to over wipe and remember to stay humble. ( so far its gonna take a few years to get it to the level I would be proud of it)
Wish you luck
Good Luck with your journey
Try to come out with new and original stuff. Dont do like gpo or blox fruits and i guarantee you it will workout. And the most important parts of the game are: Adventure and Fighting system
Good luck bro
Also suggestionn: add haki clashing and cool bosses
I am gonna have a story mode
i feel like another reason too go along with the release advantage one is simple:
most games are copy pastes with different aesthetic changes, yet they expect you to sort of Pseudo restart the game from scratch one more, take pixel piece for example, it pretty much just is gpo / blox fruits, why should i play pixel piece, when im already max level in GPO, no one wants to grind more then they need to, and sadly these days roblox games are coming grindier and grindier to the point they're not fun.
3:55 Straight up fax but for that greediness phoeyu won't eat anything from gpo sooner or later
As a Roblox developer, this was an interesting video I’ll be sure to not release any game I make with too little content

To 100k*
Yes there is a pet simulator game with a 100k robux gamepass.
thank for admitting it every single time a game is bouta drop i see like 12 videos about how the game is gonna take about roblox i always put my expectations high but if the game dies its the youtubers who overhype as hell fault not the devs i love spinning systems dont u gambling addiction will never stop
What's that JJK game you showed around 5:24?
jujustu infinite
They want to make money. And honestly, that's normal. Everyone is appeased by money, including me, and everyone wants rewards for their hard work.
3:33 what game is this is it out yet or not
sometimes, games just release way too early or way too late, without content or a buggy mess, following the mainstream too much and not being original.
The post clarity phase is literally just Gambler's Fallacy: Realizing a game is bad after playing it so much thinking it was good (something like that)
so this is also probably the reason why there's barely any good fantasy or other genre of roblox games with ongoing plot and how those that are 'seemingly good' are behind a "Pay To Access" wall which prevents you from even knowing if a game isn't a scam unless you watch a video about it
2 roblox games i'm talking about
