For me personally, one major problem i have with Shindo Life is the fact that you can't reset your data and start over. There have been many cases in the past where i've been bored of my character being powerful and wanting to start over, and i tried to get back into it recently but it just didn't sit right with me. I think the game would benefit greatly if it had an option to let you start over and get a fresh new character.

Blox Fruits upcoming update (Update 20) might change the repetitive and long grinding system because the developers want it to be more like an actual RPG-like game instead of just GPO style, they are going to add side-quests and much more stuff so that you can progress through the game quicker other than just taking quests and killing npc's.
As long as it changes up this garbage way of playing where you kill the same npc potentially for days only to move on to the next npc I'm ok with it tbh

There is a unspoken problem with Shindo Life that nobody cares: The PvP I mean the point of the game was grinding all these powers and all to FIGHT right? and the crossover of skills if you think about it is really cool. For example if you mix Kamaki with Batman and Luffy Bloodline, and slap some Taijutsus, you can make a Garou moveset. There is a LOT of options to make any themed build you want. What does it matter when the PVP is just everyone picking the same 3 obvious broken builds that AoEs 50% of the map in a second?...
The problem with Project Slayers is that Ouw0pp doesn't care about the game anymore. He's said multiple times the game would be much better if he actually did care about it, yet he doesn't.
The reason I dont play astd anymore is because of the new units from the special summons. They each require so much time to put in and they release better units in the next updates. Theres really no point of playing the game if the devs keep on making better units that surpass the meta in the game.
I kinda quit when world 2 was added bc I was still in world 1, and then after world 2 was added, there was no more much content added in world 1 and it just got boring since all the meta units and new units are just to stupid ti get
6:18 I think doodle world has easily surpassed project pokemon. The doodles in the game actually look good and have great designs. No offense, but a lot of the loomians look really weird (imo, ofc). It also does a good job with the consistency of updates, they dont take too long, while still giving enough content to keep it worth playing.
As an anime adventures player, the grind is bad In my opinion like when u want to evolve a unit to a really good one, u have to play a bunch of challenges which takes forever to finish and u even get little amount of the requirements needed, and when grinding gems without bonus quests, it literally takes 40 mins just to get 200 gems to be able to obtain a unit with a very low chance that requires like 10k or more

There's an old version of AUT that came out much before the current version(Mid 2020). It was an AFK and collect items after the AFK. But the problem with the old version is how rare the items are, like imagine you have to AFK for almost a DAY to get a Cursed Orb(aka the rarest item in the game at the time), and also how unbalanced the game was. But because of the ungodly amount of grind and the game used to go on a concept of "the rarer the better". which means that you can never win against other people just with simple skills but you need an ability that's as strong as theirs(I mean every top tier stands/specs require literally no skill to use but just simply spam💀). Because of this, it received a lot of players. In its Golden Age, which is about Mid 2021-Late 2021, it had 40-50K players on average, which is a lot and probably the most successful Jojo game after the fall of ABD. But then the game went on and closed down for over half a year or even more. After half a year, the devs came back and released sneak peeks that completely awaken the community from the dead. We were extremely hyped up for the comeback. And the day finally came, AUT was released for the first time after months of being closed. It gained hundreds of thousands of players in just a few hours after its release, and I was one of them. I played this game for several hours a day, every single day for the next few weeks. It was so fun and we got to keep our limited event/unobtainable abilities. But the fun didn't last long. After about a month, many people discovered dozens of bugs and glitches. The items and stands slowly losing their value (except for Cursed Orb and Dragon Ball or any perm unobtainable). Now the game is in its absolute downfall, with months for a decent update, bugs, and glitches everywhere, the game became laggier and laggier with each update, it even became unplayable for players with weak devices for months. I know, the new AUT is much better than the old version. But I'm thinking if they can bring the same old grinding methods back, but still keep the current new things. It's just my personal opinion, and I respect any other opinions except for those which directly attack someone else's opinions.
The thing that make progression worse in games like gpo, blox fruits, and yba is that exploiters easily get levels and items while you're grinding hours to level up or to get a certain item so it just makes it feel worthless
@Bruh Moment Yeah, and tbh that sorta just demotivates me considering that all those people got all those things using exploits with no consequences + they could actually be doing something else while the exploit just levels automatically while i have to grind and grind.
But it really doesnt matter tho since those bots are constantly made just to ruin a player experience in a server. They're never actually used because those accounts gets perma banned on the spot. So like, theres really nothing to be demotivated about cause these people will never be able to play the game again. One person could have 20 bot accounts exploiting in different servers and they'd never use them.
If you stop and just focus on the exploiters in question for a second, they're always new accounts. Not a single stable human being would put their mains at risk for a perma ban. A majority of these bot accounts just operates under a troll who likes to ruin player experience
@Bruh Moment i got everything legitimately. All the mythicals minus dark blade, i got dough v2 the second day after update 17 part 3 dropped. Literally not hard to get the stuff. Cdk, is through a easy quest, granted you already have tushita and yama, but i already had those maxed out pre update. I grinded all the way to max level legitimately, with two other friends and now I'm actively bounty hunting. Blox fruits is extremely easy, none of the drops are hard to get, it's just time consuming, but the drops are certainly not rare or difficult to get in any way or form. That argument could've been made for race v4 but they made that shit much easier to get.

It can never stand because none of us really know what percentage of the player base plays legitimately or not, not without going through some deep investigation. Or having software specifically designed to detect hackers which clearly doesn't exist as yet but roblox is working on it.
6:30 tbh reaper 2‘s progression is much more bearable it’s not hard becoming a arrancar and u don’t need to play the game 24/7 to become one. It only takes like 1-3 days to become an arrancar and max level around 1-2 days.

Deepwoken is most definitely the best game on roblox, and it will stay that way for a while. I personally dont see an anime game surpassing the pvp and complexity of the game while sticking to an anime ip. In reality all anime games are doomed to fail because of the inconsistency in the media.

I do play a DBFR and I only play it since I’ve been playing it since it came out. But overall man that game’s lack of ways to grind(New players generally say it’s confusing in what they’re suppose to do or how to grind, the lack of content(kinda would like a proper story mode) and no real events(no big boss everyone’s gotta beat up or no way for cooperation between other players to earn stuff) Overall, combat is solid and the game looks beautiful compared to a lot of DB games

I mean Shindo Life can improve even more:" with the boss drop's, bosses, pvp and quests rewards". The game has a lot of potential to be better without Naruto content. But the worst things are the boss drops, which mentally destroy me. And Rellgames can't make the bosses the same traits as players. PvP should be the same aswell in Shinobi Life 2 PvP. You could be very creative in Shinobi Life 2, but now you're spamming with meta stuff that's unbalanced anyway. I blame Rellgames and not on the Copyright because they didn't try to improve the game anymore, they just pushing bloodlines. So I blame Rellgames sadly.
The main problem In project slayers Is unbalance like even If you ARE skilled and grinded for 3 days a 1 year grinded lifeless pig will just deal 35 dmg with his EACH melee and probably having tengen's attacks and just spam kill you.
Hot take but YBA is a horrible game and here’s why. Grinding One of the main issues of current YBA. Amount of time that players have to spend on getting their wanted abilities is really big, especially compared to old YBA. It turned the game into your another PJJ inspired game / copy, when previously it was acutally centered around PvP. OP Abilities Updates from past few months bringed us two stands that are OP compared to already existing ones - TWOH and MIH. You have to agree that an skilled player may lose to braindead TWOH, and MIH can wipe out entire group of people. Some people say that the fact that they're OP is ok because they're hard to get and they're supposed to be like this. This is not true, they're destroying the balance of the game, which brings us to the next point. Balance changes Previously every ability could beat any ability, that's what made YBA special alongside with overall quality of the game. But now it's not that hard to see that there are worse and better stands, obviously heaven stands being on top of the tier list. Basically now you should have one stand that you enjoy and one that is very good in PvP, a year ago you both of them could be the enjoyable ones. P2W The gamepasses and purchases that are obviously giving advantage to those that spend real money on the game, with Item Notifier costing 2k Robux being cherry on top of the cake, giving it's owners notifications about when an item spawns, making them spend less time on grinding by making chances of F2P players on getting the item lower, therefore making them grind longer. Toxicity YBA has definetly one of the most toxic playerbases among Roblox JJBA games. It is not really staff's fault, the problem is probally gang system attracting toxics and making them team together to bully random players in base game and SBR. There is also the "ro ka pls" sterotype of kids begging for items and getting mad and toxic while declined, which is pretty true as far as I can tell. Steel Ball Run SBR being the lobby of teamers, forced upon players wanting to get Corpse Parts needed for certain stands, including OP ones. It is flooded with bugs, cheaters and teamers and then the RNG at the end deciding over what Corpse Part you will get. People are also not happy that you can't do SBR solo, and that's true because you're gonna get killed at the beggining of the race probally, you're an easy target after all. A lot of people think that SBR should be reworked from scratch. Cheaters Both SBR and main game have big problem with hackers and exploiters ruining the game for casual players, either by killing them all the time or stealing items, both very harmfull. The anti-cheat system isn't wotking that great often banning players that triggered an exploit by accident, which connects to next topic. Bugs There are plenty of bugs that are present in every part of the game, bugged bosses for example, TH jump in SBR getting players banned and extremely hard to appeal, or bugged 1v1s lobbies not starting the match. There is a lot of them and it takes really long time to fix them, harming the game and playerbase. Staff A lot of people were upset that Uzu isn't commnicating with playerbase enough, often disappearing for some time without a word and don't listening to community that much. There is also mythical Paragon known for splitting community in two, his followers and people not agreeing with him. You can really see it, just go under some posts about him on this subreddit and you'll get what I mean. There is also some hate towards other Roblox JJBA games starting, but that's very fresh observation so it might be false. Either way the staff mostly doesn't have good reputation in community. Rate of Updates Not just content updates but updates in overall. Players have to wait month or so before an glitch gets patched, which should take a day max. Content updates are happening maybe once per 2 months adding a stand or two, which is pretty bad. We can compare it to TT2, which is getting new characters every 3 weeks at max, while they're being completely unique from others. So, in conclusion it seems that players are agreeing on one thing: YBA needs more care from developer perspective and change the course from being another ABD copy with a lot of P2W elements to actual and enjoyable RPG. That's all that I got, and remember that those aren't my opinions, those are observations from past 2 months from this subreddit, various Discord servers and the game itself. i think a game without grind is basically no game. it's a good thing that they make you grind for something to have effects in the end. but too much of it like in blox fruits can get repetetive and boring after a while. in short, it's a good thing but only in average doses.

Im the hugest dragon ball fan and I love dragon ball games but even I can agree. Well, except for DB final remastered. It feels like if final stand got remastered but a bit worse. Its like the early testing of Final stand remastered, and thats why i like it.

Respectfully disagree on your standing of AOT, if given a good combat system, it can create a high yet satisfying skill ceiling. I’ve had my fair share of AOT games in the past and unlike the bandit beaters of most grinding anime games, there was nothing more fun then slashing your way through a horde of titan when all it could take was one touch for you to die. One game should definitely check out is the rogue-like AOT Freedom: War, this game is an especially unique take. I’ll explain it briefly, unlike most other AOT games that are free roam, this one puts around 40 players into a match that goes over the main story. Every player’s goal is to 1) complete the objective. 2) survive because the more titans you kill, the more skill points you earn and the stronger your character becomes, die? lose all your skills and start over. The twist is that there will be three unknown players on the scout team that are warriors of marley, the Colossal, Armoured and Female titan, they can shift at any point during the mission and try to sabotage the other players, the game goes over two mission currently which is the prologue mission (when Wall Maria gets attacked it’s when Eren is still a kid). The scout team heads out to create three bases, while the warriors try to stop them, if the scouts are wiped out, the campaign ends and starts all over again. Next mission is the fall of Wall Maria, the scouts have to hold Wall Maria and stop titans from overruning for a certain amount of time. That’s currently the only arc, the Trost Arc is still in development unless it’s done already, which I don’t know since I haven’t played in a while. The game definitely needs to be put up there for it’s creativity and frequent updates from the development team. It’s an entirely new experience for any AOT fans on roblox. And to circle back to my original position, the skill ceiling is HIGH, and as a new player, you will die, ALOT. Not just from pure titans as if they weren’t hard enough for those unfamiliar with them but also Warrior titans and Warrior players, (Yes they can fight you in ODM gear aswell). Shindo life was the best game I played in my 9-11 years but then the devs moved to RELLSEAS and Shindo life literally gets an update at some months but back in those good times from 2020 it got updates at 1-2 weeks
Honestly Doodle World is a lot better than Loomian Legacy. What really drove me away from LL is that the designs are just so bad and unappealing. DW has pretty decent designs while not as iconic as Pokemon, do get the job done. I really need Megas in DW tho i'm not gon lie

I think doodle world has easily surpassed project pokemon. The doodles in the game actually look good and have great designs. No offense, but a lot of the loomians look really weird (imo, ofc). It also does a good job with the consistency of updates, they dont take too long, while still giving enough content to keep it worth playing.
Honestly the only dragon ball game I liked in recent times was DBOG but that game died due to a lack of fixes and updates.

As an anime adventures player, the grind is bad In my opinion like when u want to evolve a unit to a really good one, u have to play a bunch of challenges which takes forever to finish and u even get little amount of the requirements needed, and when grinding gems without bonus quests, it literally takes 40 mins just to get 200 gems to be able to obtain a unit with a very low chance that requires like 10k or more

There's an old version of AUT that came out much before the current version(Mid 2020). It was an AFK and collect items after the AFK. But the problem with the old version is how rare the items are, like imagine you have to AFK for almost a DAY to get a Cursed Orb(aka the rarest item in the game at the time), and also how unbalanced the game was. But because of the ungodly amount of grind and the game used to go on a concept of "the rarer the better". which means that you can never win against other people just with simple skills but you need an ability that's as strong as theirs(I mean every top tier stands/specs require literally no skill to use but just simply spam💀). Because of this, it received a lot of players. In its Golden Age, which is about Mid 2021-Late 2021, it had 40-50K players on average, which is a lot and probably the most successful Jojo game after the fall of ABD.
But then the game went on and closed down for over half a year or even more. After half a year, the devs came back and released sneak peeks that completely awaken the community from the dead. We were extremely hyped up for the comeback. And the day finally came, AUT was released for the first time after months of being closed. It gained hundreds of thousands of players in just a few hours after its release, and I was one of them. I played this game for several hours a day, every single day for the next few weeks. It was so fun and we got to keep our limited event/unobtainable abilities. But the fun didn't last long. After about a month, many people discovered dozens of bugs and glitches. The items and stands slowly losing their value (except for Cursed Orb and Dragon Ball or any perm unobtainable). Now the game is in its absolute downfall, with months for a decent update, bugs, and glitches everywhere, the game became laggier and laggier with each update, it even became unplayable for players with weak devices for months.
I know, the new AUT is much better than the old version. But I'm thinking if they can bring the same old grinding methods back, but still keep the current new things. It's just my personal opinion, and I respect any other opinions except for those which directly attack someone else's opinions.
The thing that make progression worse in games like gpo, blox fruits, and yba is that exploiters easily get levels and items while you're grinding hours to level up or to get a certain item so it just makes it feel worthless
@Bruh Moment Yeah, and tbh that sorta just demotivates me considering that all those people got all those things using exploits with no consequences + they could actually be doing something else while the exploit just levels automatically while i have to grind and grind.
But it really doesnt matter tho since those bots are constantly made just to ruin a player experience in a server. They're never actually used because those accounts gets perma banned on the spot. So like, theres really nothing to be demotivated about cause these people will never be able to play the game again. One person could have 20 bot accounts exploiting in different servers and they'd never use them.
If you stop and just focus on the exploiters in question for a second, they're always new accounts. Not a single stable human being would put their mains at risk for a perma ban. A majority of these bot accounts just operates under a troll who likes to ruin player experience
@Bruh Moment i got everything legitimately. All the mythicals minus dark blade, i got dough v2 the second day after update 17 part 3 dropped. Literally not hard to get the stuff. Cdk, is through a easy quest, granted you already have tushita and yama, but i already had those maxed out pre update. I grinded all the way to max level legitimately, with two other friends and now I'm actively bounty hunting. Blox fruits is extremely easy, none of the drops are hard to get, it's just time consuming, but the drops are certainly not rare or difficult to get in any way or form. That argument could've been made for race v4 but they made that shit much easier to get.

It can never stand because none of us really know what percentage of the player base plays legitimately or not, not without going through some deep investigation. Or having software specifically designed to detect hackers which clearly doesn't exist as yet but roblox is working on it.

I do play a DBFR and I only play it since I’ve been playing it since it came out. But overall man that game’s lack of ways to grind(New players generally say it’s confusing in what they’re suppose to do or how to grind, the lack of content(kinda would like a proper story mode) and no real events(no big boss everyone’s gotta beat up or no way for cooperation between other players to earn stuff)
Overall, combat is solid and the game looks beautiful compared to a lot of DB games

I mean Shindo Life can improve even more:" with the boss drop's, bosses, pvp and quests rewards". The game has a lot of potential to be better without Naruto content. But the worst things are the boss drops, which mentally destroy me. And Rellgames can't make the bosses the same traits as players. PvP should be the same aswell in Shinobi Life 2 PvP. You could be very creative in Shinobi Life 2, but now you're spamming with meta stuff that's unbalanced anyway. I blame Rellgames and not on the Copyright because they didn't try to improve the game anymore, they just pushing bloodlines. So I blame Rellgames sadly.

The main problem In project slayers Is unbalance like even If you ARE skilled and grinded for 3 days a 1 year grinded lifeless pig will just deal 35 dmg with his EACH melee and probably having tengen's attacks and just spam kill you.
Hot take but YBA is a horrible game and here’s why.
Grinding
One of the main issues of current YBA. Amount of time that players have to spend on getting their wanted abilities is really big, especially compared to old YBA. It turned the game into your another PJJ inspired game / copy, when previously it was acutally centered around PvP.
OP Abilities
Updates from past few months bringed us two stands that are OP compared to already existing ones - TWOH and MIH. You have to agree that an skilled player may lose to braindead TWOH, and MIH can wipe out entire group of people. Some people say that the fact that they're OP is ok because they're hard to get and they're supposed to be like this. This is not true, they're destroying the balance of the game, which brings us to the next point.
Balance changes
Previously every ability could beat any ability, that's what made YBA special alongside with overall quality of the game. But now it's not that hard to see that there are worse and better stands, obviously heaven stands being on top of the tier list. Basically now you should have one stand that you enjoy and one that is very good in PvP, a year ago you both of them could be the enjoyable ones.
P2W
The gamepasses and purchases that are obviously giving advantage to those that spend real money on the game, with Item Notifier costing 2k Robux being cherry on top of the cake, giving it's owners notifications about when an item spawns, making them spend less time on grinding by making chances of F2P players on getting the item lower, therefore making them grind longer.
Toxicity
YBA has definetly one of the most toxic playerbases among Roblox JJBA games. It is not really staff's fault, the problem is probally gang system attracting toxics and making them team together to bully random players in base game and SBR. There is also the "ro ka pls" sterotype of kids begging for items and getting mad and toxic while declined, which is pretty true as far as I can tell.
Steel Ball Run
SBR being the lobby of teamers, forced upon players wanting to get Corpse Parts needed for certain stands, including OP ones. It is flooded with bugs, cheaters and teamers and then the RNG at the end deciding over what Corpse Part you will get. People are also not happy that you can't do SBR solo, and that's true because you're gonna get killed at the beggining of the race probally, you're an easy target after all. A lot of people think that SBR should be reworked from scratch.
Cheaters
Both SBR and main game have big problem with hackers and exploiters ruining the game for casual players, either by killing them all the time or stealing items, both very harmfull. The anti-cheat system isn't wotking that great often banning players that triggered an exploit by accident, which connects to next topic.
Bugs
There are plenty of bugs that are present in every part of the game, bugged bosses for example, TH jump in SBR getting players banned and extremely hard to appeal, or bugged 1v1s lobbies not starting the match. There is a lot of them and it takes really long time to fix them, harming the game and playerbase.
Staff
A lot of people were upset that Uzu isn't commnicating with playerbase enough, often disappearing for some time without a word and don't listening to community that much. There is also mythical Paragon known for splitting community in two, his followers and people not agreeing with him. You can really see it, just go under some posts about him on this subreddit and you'll get what I mean.
There is also some hate towards other Roblox JJBA games starting, but that's very fresh observation so it might be false. Either way the staff mostly doesn't have good reputation in community.
Rate of Updates
Not just content updates but updates in overall. Players have to wait month or so before an glitch gets patched, which should take a day max. Content updates are happening maybe once per 2 months adding a stand or two, which is pretty bad. We can compare it to TT2, which is getting new characters every 3 weeks at max, while they're being completely unique from others.
So, in conclusion it seems that players are agreeing on one thing: YBA needs more care from developer perspective and change the course from being another ABD copy with a lot of P2W elements to actual and enjoyable RPG. That's all that I got, and remember that those aren't my opinions, those are observations from past 2 months from this subreddit, various Discord servers and the game itself. Respectfully disagree on your standing of AOT, if given a good combat system, it can create a high yet satisfying skill ceiling. I’ve had my fair share of AOT games in the past and unlike the bandit beaters of most grinding anime games, there was nothing more fun then slashing your way through a horde of titan when all it could take was one touch for you to die.
One game should definitely check out is the rogue-like AOT Freedom: War, this game is an especially unique take. I’ll explain it briefly, unlike most other AOT games that are free roam, this one puts around 40 players into a match that goes over the main story. Every player’s goal is to 1) complete the objective. 2) survive because the more titans you kill, the more skill points you earn and the stronger your character becomes, die? lose all your skills and start over.
The twist is that there will be three unknown players on the scout team that are warriors of marley, the Colossal, Armoured and Female titan, they can shift at any point during the mission and try to sabotage the other players, the game goes over two mission currently which is the prologue mission (when Wall Maria gets attacked it’s when Eren is still a kid). The scout team heads out to create three bases, while the warriors try to stop them, if the scouts are wiped out, the campaign ends and starts all over again. Next mission is the fall of Wall Maria, the scouts have to hold Wall Maria and stop titans from overruning for a certain amount of time.
That’s currently the only arc, the Trost Arc is still in development unless it’s done already, which I don’t know since I haven’t played in a while. The game definitely needs to be put up there for it’s creativity and frequent updates from the development team. It’s an entirely new experience for any AOT fans on roblox.
And to circle back to my original position, the skill ceiling is HIGH, and as a new player, you will die, ALOT. Not just from pure titans as if they weren’t hard enough for those unfamiliar with them but also Warrior titans and Warrior players, (Yes they can fight you in ODM gear aswell).
