    First YT channel where i can hear this amp's three channel's grain distinctively, especially the second one. Been following you for a long time and i gotta say, Lucas, you deserve all the good things coming your way. Keep up the good work please.

    Sounds good homie. Yeah I wasn't expecting CH2 to sound like that. A pleasant surprise. Reminds me of the nice warm drive I got from the Blackstar HT Stage 100 despite it being marketed as a metal amp.
    I agree about the footwsitch cable interface. The Nitro has 2 TRS jacks and the switch is still a 3 button switch but splits to a pair of TRS connectors so I can get by with a single button switch if I just want to toggle between clean/overdrive or just use a single switch to toggle solo boost on/off if I don't need to change channels.

      If this was my had I would absolutely modify it to work with 1/4" jacks for relay switching!
      Those HT100's are severely underrated in my opinion, fantastic amps.

    Hey, awesome video, I got my MT-100 a week ago, I absolutely love it, but your 0.5 is the same as mine, I wish it had all the options that my Rectifier has.

    Great video! Hey, have you done a video reviewing that Dgt and why it’s your favorite along with your signature pickups. It’s a beautiful guitar.

    Have you tried the DGT amp?

  • @yagoravell7944

    The amp sounds tight, but you can separate every note! Side question: do you have the trem floating on the DGT?

      Thank you!
      Yes, all of my guitars with vibrato bridges are set to float. They’re a little more of a pain to work on but I like to be able to pull up slightly to make chord vibrato sound more natural.

      @@LucasFowler thanks Man, i Just set my SE to float and has been working great, i'm just a bit woried that when i'll use live the tune maybe won't be as estable

      @@yagoravell7944 Mine are very stable but I do find them sensitive to "old" strings. After mine get a little too old/dull they have a tendency to "stick" a little when I bend and I'll have to wiggle the bar to bring them back. That problem would be easily avoided if wasn't lazy :P

    I have a 7 pin connector to TRS for my 6505+ that I use for my Helix

    • @LucasFowler
      @LucasFowler  2 месяца назад

      Interesting, I suppose if you knew exactly what each lead did you could figure out how to make one that worked and wouldn't cause any damage. Did you buy yours or make it?

    • @LucasFowler
      @LucasFowler  2 месяца назад

      He very clearly says his cable is a 7 pin _to_ TRS cable, which a simple Google search will confirm exists:

      @MotoRiff77 2 месяца назад

      @@LucasFowler yes that’s where I got mine the helix lets you program your tip sleeve and ring. It’s quite easy actually been using it for a long time. I’m sure it’ll work on other amps the same way.

    • @LucasFowler
      @LucasFowler  2 месяца назад

      You realize cables work both ways, correct? You can plug the TRS end into the helix and the DIN end into the amplifier. It would be relatively easy to determine the pin out with a multimeter.
      Good grief who pissed in your cornflakes?

    • @LucasFowler
      @LucasFowler  2 месяца назад

      Let me clear this up because I own a G-Major, which is a rack effects unit, and I owned a XXX, which used a 7 pin footswitch. This cable is specifically designed to translate a 1/4” TRS signal _from_ the G-Major _to_ the 7 pin input of the amplifier. That is literally what it is for.

    Why wouldn’t you know the overdrive channel would sound like that? Mark tried to design that channel to sound like his dumble.
