- ASMR Trigger Therapy 4.? Ear to Ear Whispering, Inaudible Mouth Sounds, Brushing & Touching the Mic Sounds. Trigger Therapy 4 was focused on Brushing Sounds, i wanted to add some Whispering and Almost Inaudible Whisper Mouth Sounds. Trigger Therapy 4.4 will follow with just the sounds only.
I felt the need to create a cross over type video featuring a few of the favorite style of trigers, the first Trigger Therapy 4 with using overlayed sounds. In this video i wanted to create something new to gather your feedback if you like adding a extra version of my trigger sound video's. I can tell you this one knocked me out trying to edit out some of the swallow sounds. Try it you can not talk for very long with out doing it, i try to mark when i do it during the recording so i can find and remove them during the edit. Because the sounds are so quiet the mics pick up everything.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

@R1xonator He was the first asmr artist I ever found probably 4 years ago or so. They were his tapping videos that I originally found. I don’t even know how or why I came across his videos, but I was like “What the Hell is this?” But I came to really enjoy them and started listening to them every night. Then I learned there were other artists out there doing similar things. For years now, I’ve been listening to multiple different artists every night before I go to sleep.

I think I've developed some type of trigger immunity, because I rarely get tingles anymore. You are literally the only ASMRtist left who gives me triggers…puts me to sleep every night! :D
You may get immunity because you watch the same kind of asmr videos
I watch every kind of ASMR video that I know about...I think it has more to do with the whisperer's voice than the type of video that it is. Dmitri has a different voice than most other ASMRtists that I listen to, and I think that has a lot to do with it.
Have you tried ASMR videos in other languages? I find those good.

This is the very first ASMR video I found. It is also my most favorite. I had a strong reaction to it immediately. I was at work and I almost fell asleep at my desk. I play this video every day. I wish he would make an hour/long video just like this one.
I was so tired when I started this video that I zoned out then heard him whisper in my left ear and I about fell out of bed because I thought someone was actually next to me 😂

It's something about brushes. The sound they make when dragged against certain surfaces give you that ASMR feeling.

Its funny how I rarely get tingles from ASMR videos, but when I'm doing random things and when I'm at random places I seem to get a rush of tingles. For example, I might just be sitting at my desk in school, and tingles go down my spine. Strange.

Does anyone else not get tingles but listen to asmr to basically "space out"? I wish i could feel those tingles though. Seems like its all about them tingles.
I've never gotten the "good tingles" that everyone goes on about from watching these asmr videos. (the kind I think I have gotten like when I was a kid getting a haircut). But sometimes I get "bad tingles", it depends on what is in the video but I try not to watch those. The strongest trigger for a "bad tingle" is teeth sliding on a wooden popsicle stick or similar things. It's like electricity goes down my spine and across my back even if I just think about that. (electricity is not a good feeling).
I know what you say, for a time in my life asmr was basically a way of procrastination.
But now it's just for pleasure. I even sometimes listen to it while working, like some people who listen to realixing music while doing their assignments. Videos like this, that don't require much visual attention, are the best for this purpose.
And experincing a "surprise! ASMR tingle!" in the middle of work is the best feeling ever

I also experience these, although for me fortunately, the "bad triggers" are connected to the sense of touch, especially certain fabrics of clothing. If I touch these I suddenly feel extremely unpleasant, my hair goes stiff and sometimes even experience goosebumps all over my back, NOT in a positive way.

sounds silly but I love the faint sounds of small planes in the background of your videos. I find myself listening for it. I grew up near a small airport and was lulled to sleep but those tiny planes my whole childhood.
These brushes sounds really scratchy, I like that since scratching is my favorite trigger.
