- ASMR Whispering Ear to Ear & Hand Movements with Touching the Camera. Very quiet Whispering, Inaudible Mouth Sounds, Breathing Sounds & Hand Movements. This video is also hypnotic to give you a boost to your confidence. It is also relaxing & designed to provide anxiety / stress relief & to help you fall into a deep sleep to wake refreshed.
At 27:55 i add some Singing Bowl Sounds just to help you relax and drift of to sleep
As with all my video's just before i start recording i have an idea or plan on what to record, this video goes through a number of stages i hope you feel through out the video.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

The key is to take this topic to universities around the world. Right know there is only a few results that are published about ASMR and the right definition is not available as either. We don't know what is ASMR and what what kinds of ASMR phenomenons are there. But if it depends on me, I'll make everything for it. Maybe with the support of popular AMSR youtubers. I was searching through RUclips and this has never been done but seems to be a trigger for me some others may agree, softspoken ear to ear whisper while rubbing your finger gently across your veins maybe even no talking. just tracing your veins...that'd be so relaxing

I really like the way you did the Tibetan bowls in this video. The microphone(s) were far enough away, that the noises from the bowls didn't sound any harsh at all when they came up after all the whispering and smaller/softer sounds during the main event. Kudos, sir.
While i was watching this i couldn't help but wonder, 'how does he not fall asleep making these videos??' I think it would be really interesting to hear how making ASMR videos has affected you. Are you a really calm person?...things like that!

I love the way you cap this video off with the singing bowl session. Their gentle sound and the way the video fades out, I can swear I still hear them resonating in my head after the video ends.
I'm curious, when you do the singing bowls, do you have a "script" or what have you of how you'll play them, or do you just kind of wing it and play whatever you feel like in the moment?

Amazing :) I was just watching one of your other ear to ear whispering videos, and then saw this was uploaded... I love 4:30 - 5:00. I don't mean to sound rude at all here so please don't take it the wrong way, but your videos don't actually tend to trigger me any more.. because everything is so polished, it doesn't have the element of surprise and feels quite contrived.. not as natural as your early videos, which doesn't work for me personally. Obviously this is just my opinion. But I still enjoy your videos and am very grateful for your hard work.
