- ASMR Trigger Therapy 4.4 Brushing, Touching and Scratching - Sounds Only no Talking. This video has quiet and loud sounds as i touch the foam mic covers. This is the final part of trigger therapy 4 series with sounds only. My favorite was 4.?, i was able to relax and listen to myself, and i put myself to sleep. It both fun and frustrating to try to listen to this video to remove unwanted sounds such as stomach grumbles, and swallow sounds.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

I think what I love most about your ASMR trigger videos is the attention that you put into every little movement; there's certain timing and order in your work and watching your concentration to make the triggers perfect has to be the most relaxing part.

Firstly I would just like to say; as a daily ASMR viewer, I can honestly say you are my favourite artist as you are reliable and constantly work off comments from people who view your videos. Putting a video up almost every day ensures that I now look forward to going to bed, as in the past I dreaded it.
I would love it if you did a video of mostly talking, as your voice is very relaxing. You could tell stories of your experiences of asmr, stories of your child, or even just random words of wisdom. As I go off to sleep, I love hearing others speak as it makes me feel less alone, however tragic that sounds.

I can imagine that people who do not know what ASMR is, and that just completely suspending click here may think it looks very funny and strange. People can be very quick to dismiss things that they never heard about or understand. What I noticed here is that the people are very friendly and supportive, unlike some other communities where people can be unbelievable nasty and abusive to each other. I must have previously accidentally thumbs downed this video, when in all actuality it's one of my favorites! I quickly resolved that issue when I started to watch it tonight.
The sounds in this are /incredible/ but something that has been bugging me lately is that some of your videos are becoming "choppy" sound-wise; as in the sounds you are making are not constant and there isn't enough time spent on each to give me actual tingles ): That could just be me personally as I prefer very long sweeping strokes of the microphone, and these are often too short and just don't hit the spot. I understand that a lot of people like very slow & gentle sounds and movements. I think this is one of my favourites of yours though :D Around 8:40 where (I think) you use your arm on the microphone is a great idea!
