For example if you put like deadly spikes concealed in the mud, and no reasonable warning of the actual danger. Even if the waiver specifially mentioned the crazy spikes under the mud, i still think the company would still be accocuntable.

Theres bacteria but there isn't meant to be that bacteria. I understand the fecal matter (It means they used real dirt and water), but the other bacteria come from sanitisation chemicals (chlorine, hydroxide and hydrocarbon-oxide). All of which dissolve skin.

Many activities have a 'you could die' statement in the waver. Skiing, rock climbing, trail or horse back riding, sky diving, or worst of all driving. Death and injury happens in almost every sort of physical activity. If you never want to "sign" anything to do with that, life would be boring. People need to 1. Fully understand the risks 2. Know that they can and will happen and it is nobody's fault and 3. Don't be surprised when they do.
The possibility of death or injury is all part of living on this planet
