I just put a set of these on my 2008 GMC 3500 dually. Going to be hauling a 5000 lb truck camper it should help with squat and handling. My install looked a little easier less stuff to remove.
Great write up/review/install explanation/how to. Going to run my lines with a T and a single shraeder valve. I've got a 2018 Silverado, with approx 1300# of weight in the bed (camper, camping gear and a 3/4" plywood drawer setup and need to level things out. Thanks!
I love your video Im so infatuated with my air bags I just came on youtube to see if everyone else loves theirs as much. I have a 33 foot rv that really takes a toll on my chevy 1500 2018. Since I got the air bags my truck stops shifts tows and all around handles the camper better I can't recommend these enough. If you're thinking about it do it. It's worth it I feel like I got a new truck. My truck used to squat down three inches. Now I air it up to 60 psi and its at the original ride height with the camper on and it feels amazing.
@@patrickquerry5768 I don't have them teed off together but ive been meaning to. I have a fat max air compressor that you can set the psi to and it will automatically stop
I bought a Chevy Silverado 2010 and it came with the air lift installed already but I tried putting air already and after an hour or 2 the air comes out and starts flaping making a loud nasty noise while driving or when I'm in a bumpy road or a hump it hit metal with metal. My question is would it affect if I take them out. I don't pull or carry anything heavy no use for it.?????
if you take them out you shouldn't have a problem so long as you don't jump the truck because you no longer have bump stops but as far as drivability is concerned you'd be fine
Great video buddy very informative and I love where you put the air valves good job
thank you very much
@@lucasodell3976 yeah I wish I would have seen your video before I did mine because I love you shrader valve placement

I have exact same truck. What's the part number on the box? Please
Do these bags stretch enough when rear suspension travels all way down? (on a lifter for example)
slick placement on the valves. real clean job
You did a great job, I can’t wait to put mine in.
Great placement of the air valves 👍James Bond style!!!

you dont need bags on a 3500 dually, they are designed to tow way more than that.
Did a very good I really how he did the job step by step.
Air Pressure gauge would be nice
Excellent job. Great video and well explained. Now to put mine in because it drives me nuts to have it squat down.
gotta love it man

Do you have The airlines teed off so you can fill them together, I'm so confused how you're supposed to fill them up one at a time..

@@cameroncabrera6476 I installed them 3 days ago and teed it off at the diff, and put the Schrader valve next to the license plate
I like the placement of the airline valves! Job well done
thank you
Did you have to fully lift the truck off the ground?

How much air do pump when your trialer is loaded
depends on how much tonge weight you have i usually had around 30 but on my dads truck he runs closer to 40
So did you have to drill the frame anywhere? Or just drill for air valves?
just for the air valves
Will this work if i have a 6 inch lift on my truck
not sure but i wouldent think so
bro will this set up work on a 2012 1500 chevy subburban please let me know .

@@lucasodell3976 thank you bro
Will these work if you have 2” drop shackles?
im not sure id get ahold of airlift directly and ask them but my guess would be no
