Enjoyed your review of the St Francis Hotel - A bit of History you could add - Although The St Francis has held many weddings - On January 24, 2002 at 3:30 PM the Hotel held its first Wedding in almost 100 (98) years in the lobby in front of the Clock. The couple Gary Reys and Sheryl Bretz met in front of the clock 14 years earlier at 3:30 PM. The Hotel rope off the area and stationed Hotel staff around the ceremony. The Wedding was officiated by a Woman Lutheran minister in full formal (long robe) attire. The Wedding drew a large crowd and there was many congratulations after the historic ceremony.
If you go in the lift/elevator,go to the top floor, hit the ground button,if no one else gets on, it's like a roller coaster
NIce! thanks for sharing your experince! I will be staying in this hotel soon, I want also to make a video about this property! 👍
Have fun! It's such a cool hotel, be sure to take the glass panoramic elevators while you are there!

2:22 Yes, the ghost that haunts this room is Al Johnson, who never became as famous as Al Jolson, and is bitter and disappointed for eternity.
"MEET ME AT THE CLOCK".... MY GRANDMOTHER
WAS ON 12 TH FLOOR WHEN THE EARTHQUAKE OCCURED.
No way! How crazy
awesome view! which floor/room is that??
I worry about the St. Francis. I've been in the lobby a few times.
For me the lobby has been ruined, too modern and so is the once beautiful bar which had been elegant. We used to go for afternoon drinks and pate.
Fatty Arbuckle???
