I just came back from a Lexus dealer, they said that 2017 models, base, will come with only that "captain" back seat, like, nothing on the middle similar to minivans, I think they told me wrong EDIT: Also, I'm really between this and the 4Runner Trail Premium, theres a large price gap between, love both styles and the LR4 doesn't come with a lot of things and they are not making them anymore
+Skillow All the official Lexus press materials say that the captain's chairs are optional on GX Premium and standard only on the GX Luxury. We had the base one and we had regular bench seating. Hope that helps!
Just bought a 2017 Premium with only 29,000 miles. Love it but noticed that the letters indicating the functions on the lights and turn signals don't illuminate, am I missing something? All the other lights on the instrument panel are illuminated.

dude i am moving to winnipeg in april and first thing i need car and thats the car i want but my brother says that lexus going to change in 2018 so in this case please advise should i got for older model of lexus gx until the new one arrives. i got family of six or i would not go for this big car in canada where gas is high compare to QATAR.
There are some newer crossovers that may have larger interiors for your family and better fuel economy. Really its just a matter of if you really need the extra capability that the GX delivers over its rivals. It is still a very nice luxury SUV as well.
4 high for normal driving. The rear air suspension doesn't really help the ride much, it's main focus is for towing abilities. Thanks for watching the video!
The warranty isnt used much by Lexus owners, they make incredibly reliable vehicles. All I used my warranty for was a battery after I bought mine used which sitting on a lot probably was the issue.

Please do 2018 :) Just bought one from Car Max, the salesman hardly showed me anything. He never was able to give me my Trim level.

It won’t cause any major problems at first, but it could down the road. You may also have slower performance and a slight engine knock or ping.

For the H4 and L4, where do you put it when just driving normally? Also would the ones with rear air suspension have smoother ride then the basic one?

There is no way to automatically open it since it is side hinged (there is no power mechanism). Hope this helps!
