Cold Weather Back Water Speckled Seatrout Pasco County

Todays mission was to try and locate fish. With colder crystal clear water we knew that we had to find dark bottom located in the warmer backwaters of creeks and bayous. We ended up finding a nice whole way back in a creek holding Speckled Seatrout, Jack Carvel, and other species. The water temperature was just two degrees warmer which produced fish.

They are excellent combos for the price. And to be honest, I have the same problem with the eyes on the more expensive rods too! - Sherman

Too many charter boats go back there for the size of the area.

Yes the traffic has definitely increased over the years.
