One of the main things to see in Bohol is the Bohol Bee Farm on Panglao Island. There’s lots to explore and many different local foods to watch get made, and here we tasted their homemade ice cream and unique calamay. Calamay is insanely sticky, stretchy and smokey. Calamay is a must try street food in Bohol.
There’s lots to see in Bohol, so before we continued on our Filipino food tour, we checked out the Chocolate Hills and the famous tarsiers. The tarsiers are extremely small and so sleepy, while the chocolate hills are fantastic to view further inland. We would highly recommend seeing both the Chocolate Hills and tarsiers!
To finish off our Bohol Philippines street food tour we tried Filipino adobo goat. The Filipino adobo was delish, a very popular food in the Philippines. We also tasted sisig, a massive seafood feast, and chicken halang-halang. The halang-halang was super flavourful and tasty with a kick to it, we love anything with coconut milk, yum! The halang-halang is a Bohol specialty as well.
We hope you enjoy our Bohol Philippines street food tour, tasting Filipino adobo, halang-halang and calamay. There’s so much to see in Bohol from the Chocolate Hills to the tarsiers, we loved exploring the island. Stay tuned next week for more street food adventures!

You guys are amazing! I’m so jealous that I was born and raised in Pinas and now in the US, but I didn’t get chance to visit the beautiful and amazing places, very delicious food, great people that Philippines has to offer. My Mom is originally from Bohol, and visited there only twice.😢 Love, love love the authentic “ kalamay”.😋😋😋. One of these days..🥰 Thank you so much for the wonderful vlogs.❤️ Saving all the places I will visit. God willing…🙏😊
That's always the case isn't it, Fely. Sometimes we spend so much time in these places and then never get to see them until after the fact. We hope you can make a trip back sooner than later and get to visit all the places that you want to. The Philippines is truly full of so much to see, and all the people we've experienced have been so incredibly friendly, it's a wonderful country. Oh, and that kalamay! Yum! Soooo good 🤤😋 Thanks so much for watching and commenting! 😊 All the best to you!!

Props to another great food adventure guys. Well done! ✨️❤
I really love that you include the people and processes involved in your episodes (when the establishmsnts permits you to). It shows the love, dedication, and commitmet people put into their food and cuisine.
I'm really so curious about that mutton adobo now. I know it must be good because mutton caldereta tastes great. But trying it will have to wait for me since cooking a geat goat meat dish takes skill and knowledge (which I yet hope to gain someday).
Thanks for whetting my appetite. Eat well and long live (mabuhay)! 🍻🥂✨️
It's amazing to see what people put into their food, the love and dedication, we always find it fascinating the commitment they have to it. The goat adobo was really good, you would love it we're sure. Hopefully someday you can try it out! just a tip, when any word ends with "gay" in the philippines, it's usually pronounced "gai" and not "gey". So malunggay is pronounced "ma-loong-gai"
Oh that's good to know! Thanks for the tip :)
Why are the signs at the bee farm in English? Do a lot of the ppl there speak English?
Yes a lot of Filipinos speak English actually. All in all they have pretty amazing English to be honest, we never had a problem getting around anywhere!

What? The Bee Farm has no more bees? And blame the pandemic for running out of bees? only in the Philippines, a bee farm with no bees.
Yes they used to have many, but unfortunately were unable to maintain the colonies.
You wasted a lot of food. I hope they gave your leftovers to some worthy poor people - There was enough of it. Don't order what you can not eat. Like your Vlogs..
We always finish all the food we order, just not on camera 😉. Thanks so much for watching! 😊
