She changed my life ❤😊❤😊❤ I went from 197 to 122 pounds from Jean size 12/14 to 4/6 and leggings and shirts from xl to small medium depending on styles but I absolutely have the body of my dreams!!! Something I thought I could never accomplish now granted I also have a husband that is very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness as well so he helped me with my form and nutrition but all his tips and tricks were the same as ivana and other creators I am noticing they all have the same tips increase protein and water super important but also important to get adequate carbs too so you will have to play around a bit and pay attention not to the scale but to the measurements I measure once per week and tracking that and the weights you lift or if you just do body weight exercises that’s fine but if you want to increase like say your booty then you’d want to increase the reps etc and if you use weight like I do and lots of others do too then you will really see your booty gain like crazy!!!!!! You be getting BBL COMMMENTS 😂😂
I hope this helps and yes stay consistent and stick with one program where lots of women make their mistakes at is not sticking with one program but rather just doing random exercises you will get more gains faster and keep the results better by sticking to one program and be consistent ivana schedule is very very good!!! Btw I been on my journey for nearly 3 years now the first 2 years I spent learning and researching and learning my body etc and now I spend my time trying to show others what I had learned and try to help them do what I was able to do after 6 kids and I’m turning 42 in 2 days lol 😂 so if I can do it then anyone can do it 😂 so I’m just hoping to spread the positivity and motivation for others to find themselves and a happy active life again ❤

@eleoxora83 L5 hernia is something serious. Congrats on the recovery 💪. I highly suggest you ask your doctor if you're strong enough to do these workouts. Doing 5-10 mins of dynamic stretching is highly recommended by fitness experts to avoid injuries. Stay cautious.

Heyyy I think your workouts are great but I don't understand why the same exercises always appear in every booty workout... ❤
That's actually a good thing, there's only so much bodyweight excerises you can do to grow your booty and if this was the gym. You would have to do the same exercise but increase the weight with each set you do for maximum booty growth 😊 you can always add resistance/weight to give yourself more of a challenge 😉

@AubreyLebogang-r8t you can, of course, try to include more natural sources of protein (if you're not using protein powder in your shakes; use it as an addition but not your main source of protein)
It's a common misconception that you have to have protein 30 mins after your workout. You can have it anytime, just as long as you have enough grams of protein for your body weight for the day.
